After 2.5 months of active action in military affairs of Cuba mainly as defense minister wanted to try for the presidency. It is a position of significant responsibility, but a similar experience.
Above is the analysis of my goals.





On the integrity of our island, my primary goal will be to have congress and if it is feasible to maintain 3 regions. The selection of an AirStrike is not a high priority but if it is needed after the agreement beetwen the two countries “we will fly”. We will keep the good relationships with our allies by renewing the MPPs. Any new MPP will be discussed in the cyclically of the congress. I would prefer informal agreements between countries despite an mpp in order to save money for our country.


On the alliance's question, I would like to continue in a neutral stance, which has worked well so far. With the current data i am negative in our membership of Asteria.


As we all know, the recent changes in game mechanics with the introduction of the dictatorship war will bring profound changes in the global balance. Some alliances could be dissolved and some new alliances, where we could see our interests defended and where we could keep on having good relations with countries that have been our friends, could be created, and I am open to hear any offer to participate in the creation of a new alliance. A roll-call vote among congress members will take place and then all the commanders of military units will vote. The total percentage will reach 40% and the remaining 60% will consist of all citizens of eCuba .



With regard to the avoidance of a dictatorship ... initially i think that no one will try a against us beacause the cost will be greater than the benefits. Now, after the new law, 1000 golds were converted to 208,000 cc and are saved in the ORG so it can be transferred at any one time in a military unit as a combat orders and to safeguard our money. In any case, it will be returned to the state fund and WILL NOT BE USED in any fight.
As you will have noticed all the military units have live commander and some of them are locked. I intend to create a committee composed of the president defense minister and all the commander of military units to avoid any dictatorship. In the case of a new military unit in Cuba by foreign factors, there will be an immediate mobilisation and an open call to allies and friends. The true is that the dictator will not find neither gold or currencies. Any combat orders used for such a war is not the money that has been placed as combat orders to military unit other than my personal money and that everyone can offer.


As regards the area of finances I have thought about creating nice stock of q7 weapons for the citizens of eCuba. The idea is this: A friend i will grant us a q7 weapon factory. In that company we will need 10 employees-volunteers with salary 5 with no other entitlements. The company is located in Argentina and the daily production of weapons with the current data is 20 weapons per employee. Thus in one month we will have delivered a satisfactory stock of q7 weapons in order to use them as supplies in battles or even better to sell the in higher price in order to make a profit. The above costs can be covered by a share of the medals of congressmen.Also we l will try to make profit from the monetary market by buying cheap gold and then sell it in a much higher price. However the above objective value in tax will be the entire month 4 %.

The citizens should be immediate for our every move through the publication of articles .


I hope for a government that will unite people rather than divide them.

Después de dos meses y medio de actividad, defendiendo constantemente los intereses militares de eCuba como Ministro de Defensa, quería intentar llegar a la presidencia del país. Es una posición de gran responsabilidad, pero que requiere una experiencia similar. A continuación explicaré cuáles serán mis objetivos.



Respecto a la integridad de la isla, el objetivo primordial será el de tener Congreso y mantener nuestras tres regiones en la medida de lo posible. No tendremos como prioridad el llevar a cabo un Ataque Aéreo, pero si se hace necesario “volaremos“, no sin acordarlo con el país receptor. Mantendremos buenas relaciones con nuestros aliados renovando MPPs, y en caso de firmar nuevos MPPs será tras discutirlo en el Congreso. Personalmente me inclino más por acuerdos informales entre países sin firmar MPPs para poder ahorrar dinero para la nación.

En cuanto al tema de las alianzas, me gustaría continuar en una posición neutral, ya que esto ha funcionado bastante bien hasta ahora. Con la información que actualmente tenemos soy contrario a la entrada en Asteria.

Como todos sabemos, los cambios que han tenido lugar recientemente en las mecánicas del juego con la introducción de las dictaduras traerán cambios profundos en el balance global. Tal vez algunas alianzas se disuelvan y se creen otras nuevas que defiendan nuestros intereses y en la que podamos mantener las buenas relaciones que tenemos actualmente con otros países, y estoy abierto a cualquier propuesta de entrada en una nueva alianza. Se hará una votación entre los congresistas y entre los comandantes de las unidades militares. Estas votaciones representarán el 40% de la votación final. El 60% restante corresponderá a una votación que se realizará entre todos los ciudadanos.

Con respecto a la evitación de una dictadura, creo que en un principio nadie intentará instaurar una en eCuba dado que los costes serán mayores que los beneficios. Ahora mismo, después de la última ley de donación, 1000 oros han sido convertidos en 208.000 CC que están guardados en la ORG de modo que pueden ser transferidos en cualquier a una unidad militar para salvaguardar nuestro dinero. En cualquier caso, será devuelto a la ORG estatal y no será usado en ninguna batalla.

Como habrán notado todas las unidades militares tienen Comandante vivo y algunas de ellas están cerradas. Tengo la intención de crear un comité compuesto por el Presidente, Ministro de Defensa y Comandantes de las unidades militares para evitar una dictadura. En el caso de que ciudadanos no cubanos creen una nueva unidad militar en eCuba habrá una movilización inmediata y una llamada a nuestros aliados y amigos. La realidad es que un posible dictador no encontrará ni oro ni CC. Cualquier CO puesta en una guerra de estas características no será financiada por el dinero sacado del tesoro nacional sino por mis propios fondos y de quien quisiera aportar.

En relación con el área de finanzas he pensado en crear buen stock de armas Q7 para los ciudadanos de eCuba. La idea es la siguiente: un amigo nos cederá una fábrica de armas Q7. En dicha fábrica necesitaremos cinco trabajadores voluntarios que percibirán el salario mínimo de 5 CC sin ningún beneficio extra. La empresa está ubicada en Argentina y la producción con la información actual sería de 20 armas producidas diariamente por cada trabajador. Por lo tanto en un mes habremos obtenido una cantidad satisfactoria de armas Q7 con el fin de utilizarlos como insumos en batallas o, incluso mejor, para vender a mayor precio con el fin de obtener un beneficio. Los costes pueden ser cubiertos por el oro de las medallas de los congresistas.También buscaremos beneficios en el mercado monetario comprando oro y vendiéndolo a un precio mayor. Para conseguir estos objetivos situaremos el impuesto al trabajo en un 4 %.


Los ciudadanos serán constantemente informados sobre nuestros movimientos a través de la publicación de artículos oficiales.

Espero que formemos un gobierno que una a los ciudadanos en lugar de dividirlos.
