Whilst Romania might now have a slight advantage with multiple rare resources in their one region. One could only place 4 resources in a region RIGHT am I remember stuff wrong. So at most that region could have 2 rare of new and 2 rare of weapons.

So if that is the case it means that the total advantage versus other countries is basically 1 holding company.

Given the resources we will place
Holding Company cost = Number of Holding Companies owned * 25 Gold.

1 Holding company for WRM - free

1 Holding company for Houses - 25 Gold

1 Holding company for food - 50 gold(you own 2 holding companies at this stage)

1 Holding company for new resources - 75 gold

150 Gold total

I will create one before the new resources in Ireland to see how it works in another country.

If Romania knew that it gives them a max 1 holding company advantage meaning at most

1 free 2- 25 and 3- 50 gold ask = 75 gold total advantage.

But Romania secured other regions with better region totals in that resources suggesting that Romania will basically also spend 150 gold CONSPIRACY THEORIST. lol

Ok but anyway If you assume a normal placement the advantage can at most be 75 gold. pollution will equal still total jobs in resource. So if romania take that route it equals the pollution in a dedicated region of a country of similar size = no pollution advantage
