New TW - Estonia

As you probably noticed, Estonia has landed in our wonderful country.

Once again determination got too big in our TW, and we needed a new TW-partner.
We had Estonia visit before, so coordinating with them shouldn't be a problem.

Orders:

in direct war = we lose
in RW = we win

If orders change, it will be given in countryfeed.

The Dutch left after great coorperation, and we hope to be able to have TW again when determination has decreased.
