Light a candle for Norway

Today Scandinavia has been struck by terrorism. A bomb went of in the center of Oslo and on the isle of Utøya a man shot and killed several young people. This is all over the news - papers, radio and television.
Its unbelievable to see the terrorism getting so close to our little piece of the world.
Scandinavian star and its editor wants to pay their respects to all those who were affected be this tragedy, and to consider taking part in the action that people started on Facebook

This article are written even though this happend in the real world and not in erepublik - the victims deserves to be heard and remembered.

This is truly a tragedy.
However, what do you mean by:

The one who has been arrested (and is the main suspect) is Norwegian. You make it sound like terrorism is something that comes from abroad and have now reached Norway...

Everybody thought that Norway have had her first 9/11 but it turned out to be her first Oklahoma bomber. Somehow it feels better to know that it was some lonely lunatic rather than a terror organisation.
Not that that is much of a comfort to the friends and families to the dead and wounded ones.

Herregud, vad sjukt... Här sitter jag i min lilla förortsidyll och försöker föreställa mig hur det ser ut när 90 pers bara blir skjutna på en ö av en galning i polisuniform. Samtidigt sitter Radsoc och skriver saker i stil med "sluta gnäll". Det är fan helt sjukt.
Radsoc, jag har tidigare haft en gnutta av respekt för dig, jag menar, du vrider och vänder på orden och meningarna och gör allt du kan för att till varje pris vinna en debatt och ta politiska poäng av borgarsvinen, lite som jag när jag retas med min lillasyster, men detta visar att du inte har några som helst gränser vad gäller din kamp för politiska poäng. Du äcklar mig lite.
Folk dör i Libyen, absolut. Folk dör i hela världen. Skillnaden är att i Libyen är det krig. När det är krig dör människor. I Norge är det inte krig. Norge är nog ett av världens lugnaste länder. Ändå kommer en galning och skjuter ungdomar. Det är skillnad. Tänk dig, radsoc, att någon dör, säg i Göteborg och du bor i Stockholm. Sen blir din granne och bästa vän mördad. Vad tror du påverkar dig mest? Just det.

Vissa människor har ingen känsla för vad som är rätt respektive fel tillfälle att ta upp sina politiska värderingar. Okänsligt och osmakligt. Att uttrycka sådan fundamentalism när detta är precis vad som dödat nästan 100 människor är riktigt vidrigt gjort.
Mest upprörd blir jag att du tagit folks tankar från Norge och offren och istället fått alla att fundera över hur jävla äcklig du är Radsoc.
