? if one looks at playboy example some fields yes. i recently saw a magazine that contained a full guide on repairing bicycles.
problem is the money bit. a newspaper is a product one can send it to a shop who sells it. you have a chain of supply etc whereas an online newspaper competes against free newspapers and blogs etc. Its also more difficult to provide the same level of content as a normal newspaper. the big problem came from freeware and shareware which was a common thing in the start. most people online now have to rely on ads to still provide stuff for free.but with bitcoin and the foundation upon which its build an non hackable un delete-able secure database we will start see'ing people selling stuff easier online which was something freeware made for too long to difficult.
No but it will be eventually.
