International politics - alive?!? - Part 1

Day 3,114, 12:49 Published in Romania Romania by dromi

Because I saw that not too many people knows what actually happens in international politics, I intend to write an article about it. I send 4 questions to people from all eCountry-governments ( actual CP, dictators, prime-minister, MoDs or MoFas ) – 3 questions are common for all countries and the 4th question is particular for every country. I didn’t ask official statements, only some explanations that could serve for 2-clicker players and for the new ones to make easily an idea about what’s going on outside the borders.

Questions:
1. Do you think that after Resource war, the game will be more dynamic?
2. Do you think that in next 3 months your country will add more MPP?
3. Name 3 countries with which your country cooperate good/worst.

In one long weekend I collect all the answers – some governments were very open, ready to discuss, some were a little bit suspicious and some were afraid that every affirmation could be used against them 😉.
Sorry for bad English – the answers are coming from 56 countries representatives that are not all of them from UK or USA 😃
My goal was to have an article written in all erepublik “languages”, but like in RL, not everybody speaks international politics ( in some cases Plato speaks 😃 ).
A lot of people think international relations is like a game of chess. But it's not a game of chess, where people sit quietly, thinking out their strategy, taking their time between moves. It's more like a game of billiards, with a bunch of balls clustered together. [Madeleine Albright]

1 . Albania Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
Zgjlm :
1 probably will be more wars
2 yes, more mpp
3 for me: chile , cro , turkey // worst serbia,
4 if the alliance is united by the desire to help each other we will unite
2 . Argentina Q4: Alliance-wheel is spinning. What will happen with Argentina in a conflict Asteria v Adriatica + Pacifica?
Clorofila :
1. The Resources Wars were meant to display the bonuses again, not randomly. Fair or unfair, every country has to win and participate with good coordination. I think that the new display will generate new conquer wars.
2. Argentina will evaluate the need of MPP according to alliances and old friends.
3. Serbia, Romania, Slovenia, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Brazil, and so many others that are still good friends. Argentina definitely found problems cooperating with Hungary, Paraguay, Bolivia.
4. I cannot predict anything but Argentina will be tested for sure if a major conflict arises. Argentina is not willing to fight against old friends, unless those old friends decide to fight against us.
3 . Armenia Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
mohammadh77 :
1.for a long time , erepublik's mechanism hasn't let any new player to join the game; so every day game is moving to its death but recently admins have promised to set some changes in order to make it possible for newbies to join the game without any big problem
btw I think the new industry will bring strategy to the game and games will be funnier.
on the other hand, the radius of some bonuses has blocked many big countries which enjoyed their farmlands without any problems so far and taxes would spread unequally ; now they have to fight to earn bonuses and this will change many thing like alliances and countries powers
2. yes ofc. we set big plans for our small community in near future
3. Iran is our friend in the area and I've helped not only them but also Georgia and Turkey as well with setting their favorite bonuses in Armenia
we've done it in order to keep peace in our neighborhood
4. currently we have to do some other important acts an as I said after this tournament many things will be changed
we shall wait and see what will happen especially in our neighborhood then we'll decide about it
4 . Australia Q4: What advantages brings Nebula alliance for Australia?
gudzwabofer :
1. I think it has the potential to be, but we're still waiting on the finer detail of a lot of the economic changes, especially the productivity formulas, as well as what that new industry is.
I think there will be a lot of manoeuvring early on, peaceful and secure long-term region rental deals could enable both countries to benefit more from bonuses and taxes, and I expect embargoes to come into play more than they have previously.
Company owners will also have a much larger stake in ensuring whoever controls the region their company is placed in provides favorable conditions. The practice of conquering to put up rent will feel a lot more push back in high bonus regions from a lot of company owners, which should help weaker countries who've managed to secure larger bonuses.
2. Certainly we will add more MPPs once the Resource Wars are over and Training Wars end. We maintained a healthy stack beforehand, often as many as our budget would allow.
3. It's difficult to pick just 3, we've enjoyed friendly cooperation with a number of countries, and even some old enemies have now become good friends. Sorry, you can't really expect more than a diplomatic answer from the CP here.
4. Nebula has certainly helped to keep its more underdog members safe, and it has helped to foster the good friendships eAustralia enjoys with Nebula members, and the members of alliances Nebula is at peace with.
Currently though there have been questions about the activity and usefulness of Nebula, and indeed many alliances. One-to-one relationships and mutual protection pacts seem to play a much larger role now, and while eAustralia will still value all its allies, whether they be in Nebula or otherwise, it has been decided by our Senate to consider other options, whether it be a replacement for Nebula, joining another alliance, or more focus on one-to-one or regional cooperation.

Gueneo :
1. With the current info, seems we will see a lot of movement for some month before find a new equilibrium. So yes, it will change a lot in geo-political aspect, imho.
There is some high powered country with low amount of core regions, and so bonus, so this will lose more after the update, than different taxes by conquered regions and pollution should move a lot of companies, so will move interests of big countries in new high-bonus regions.
2. We've no idea about tax increase (or decrease) after the update, and about next movement of any country/alliance. Surely we will confirm MPP with most friendly countries over the time. Can't say about more or less, but we will try to sign as many MPP as needed to protect our regions.
3. There are more than 3 friendly countries with which it's possible to cooperate productively. Considering the period, we can consider Ireland, Japan, Chile, South Africa, Poland as good friends with good co-op involvement. Some training wars or any type of help in this Resource Wars were really appreciated, I think by all. But really, there is many other friends we can consider, start by our neighbors (Indonesia and New Zeeland) and many others in the worl😛 USA, Israel, NEBULA countries. We've also some groups of players from different countrya, like Spain, that is like good relationship link (as ally or as neutral countries).
4. I follow the battles and FA only in recently time, I lost the first stages of its life, which currently it tends to be less active (also because the absence of real threats thanks to the network of alliances).
We are always available to the country that needs help and the same goes for us.
5 . Austria Q4: What advantages brings Nebula alliance for Austria?
Schwrzwolf :
1) No. There'll be even more unimportant regions for unimportant wars.
2) No. Too expensive and it actually hurts our ability to have trainwars.
3) Slovenia and Hungary are our best friends. Czech Republic and Switzerland have been great neighbours as well. There are no real enemies.
4) More possibilities for international commnication and cooperation.
6 . Belarus Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
Pan Alies Bu :
1. Hoping for that. A great work has been done in game development for equalizing the chances of small nations to take resources, that's why we expect new full-set wars. Which brings new agreements and alliances, eventually.
2. 10-12 MPPs are enough for us, with no plans for extending the pack.
3. Romania, Lithuania, Ukraine.
4. We're considering being out of all alliances as being above them: it allows to bend our politics the way we aspire and take necessary decisions faster.

7 . Belgium Q4: What advantages brings PLUTO alliance for Belgium?
MCKitkat :
1) It highly depends on the mechanics that are yet to be determined. Things like pollution and the new resources might change the game or keep it like usual. What will be interesting is how alliances and countries will side after the wars. There has been sabotage and that might have consequences.
2) It highly depends if we have money. Sadly, Belgium is not in the position to afford tons of MPP's considering our limited income but we'll try and see how things work out.
3) Spain has been our greatest ally over these past months and Belgium is a country that values friendship with loyalty. That is why we'll follow Spain in whatever they'll need because that is what allies do. UK has been one of our oldest friends and always good to cooperate with and if needed they are there to help us. We've been mending with NL recently and I hope we can get even better cooperation there.
Worst Country to cooperate with: Montenegro.
4) The alliance showed us whom we can really rely on in times of need. The members of Pluto have shown to be willing to sacrifice and do whatever they can to help each other and don't involve in silly politicking. Belgium has never been so important in the past before, founding an alliance, providing it with a name and leading said alliance for 2 months. It has been a pleasure working in PLUTO and I'll hope we can continue this experience.
8 . Bolivia Q4: Why Bolivia didn't joined any alliance?
don zebosk :
1.- Yes, it will be more dynamic but if there are big changes, those will be added by the alliances. It all depends on how this resource war ends.
2.- Yes, of course, we will. We just did not sign more MPPs because we received NEs from our allies, so it was just losing money.
3.- Goo😛 Chile, Paraguay, MKD.
4.- We were part of P.L.U.T.O and we are on the same side. We left the alliance because we got some few internal problems that reached the alliance. So on behalf of keeping good relations with everybody, we decided to leave the alliance till we worked out our problems. The problem was fixed and now everything is fine.
9 . Bosnia and Herzegovina Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
PomamA :
- 1.About resources wars I think when challenge close they will be very big change in game and will be more interesting
2.We don’t have to strong economy for MPP for nothing
3.Croatia,Georgia and Turkey with that country we have a very good corporation
4--
10 . Brazil Q4: Alliance-wheel is spinning. What will happen with Brazil in a conflict Asteria v Adriatica + Pacifica?
Nino Stradivarius Victorius :
1. I think so , some Europeans will be left without the bonus, then probably many of them will look elsewhere , which will handle the game.
2. Yes.
3. Argentina, Greece, Turkey, Peru. We have a lot of good allies.
4. We will see 🙂
11 . Bulgaria Q4: Why Bulgaria didn't joined any alliance?
the_patriotBG :
1. The game could become more dynamic having in mind that some countries will try to obtain resources that they did not manage to win. But I am sceptic in the long term. The last changes of Plato are a failure. But we will see.
2. MMP question is a hard one, but some new interesting MPPs could be agreed.
3. Macedonia for sure, also Iran lately. The 3rd one is probably Chile, but the relationship with Chile is not that good in the last months.
4. In my opinion and not only mine, the time for the unions is gone. It is not a problem to be in good relationship with some country, but not to be in a union.
12 . Canada Q4: In a possible conflict Asteria v Pacifica + Adriatica, which side will Orion choose?
screamingslave :
1. i think that after resource war the game will be broken. Admins seem to be making it up as they go inserting new rules on the fly and not really telling us how things are going to work denying us the opportunity to make an intelligent strategy. It also feels like absolutely zero forethought or play testing was put into this and they just kind of came up with it on a whim in an attempt to stir up activity and increase their revenue short term. I would not be surprised to find out at the end of the event that they were selling the company to another studio or developer.
2. I am not sure about MPP but usually our country works really closely with our best of friends because finances are tight.
3. Our country cooperates really well with all of our allies in Orion, but I feel strongly for our allies in Serbia, Portugal and Lithuania to name only a few!
4. I cannot comment on this hypothetical situation but i am sure we would support those who have supported us over the years and oppose those who have made things difficult for us in that same time.

13 . Chile Q4: Do you think cooperation between Adriatica with Pacifica will lead the world in next 2 years?
Yosemite Sam :
1) That depends on the distribution of the resources at the end of the resource wars and above all it depends on the intentions of each country especially of the bigger players if they want to negotiate bonuses or not.
2) Probably, depends on how the system of alliances will evolve in the time after the resource wars.
3) Well, we had quite a good cooperation with all of our South American neighbors in planning the resource wars especially regarding the exclusion zones for rare and very rare resources.
4) Good question, but actually it`s not about domination because the two alliances on their own don´t have (not yet) enough damage to dominate the e-world. We seek a functioning cooperation of Adriatica and Syndicate in particular to bring back some balance of the powers into the game and to make the game more interesting again.
14 . China Q4: An cooperation Adriatica-Pacifica is possible. Will try Asteria a cooperation with Syndicate?
- no feedback
15 . Colombia Q4: Do you think that joining Pacifica will bring more success for Colombia? (Colombia is the only one from South America in Pacifica)
- no feedback
16 . Croatia Q4: An cooperation Adriatica-Pacifica is possible. We will see croatian empire till end this year?
Melvinovicz :
1) Yes, I do. Many smaller, very organized countries managed to catch rare and very rare resources while big countries with huge damage but no organization failed. That's why big countries will search for bonuses elsewhere and who knows, maybe interests of now allied or neutral countries will collide and we might see new wars. Also, economy might become interesting. If admins manage to bring new players in game and give them reason to stay and play we might finally have fully functioning game.
2) Game isn't only about adding new MPPs because they mean nothing if there's no trust or mutual respect between players of 2 countries. Croatia finally after many years has fully functioning alliance and we mustn't care only for our interests but for interests of all alliance members. That's why I can't tell much about new MPPs, if we'll be allying new countries, all our current allies, who were with us when it was the hardest, have to agree.
3) During Resource Wars we had the best cooperation with Georgia and Thailand. We were helping each other win every resource and without them we probably wouldn't catch anything. Huge thanks to our friends!
We had the worst experience with Romania and Serbia. They both many times tried to sabotage our winning of resource. Sometimes they succeeded, sometimes they didn't.
4) I don't think that cooperation is possible. People who lead Pacifica members proved in last two years they don't care for us, they were extension of Asteria and they still are. We've had wars with many of them and we will again, I am sure in that.
17 . Cuba Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
Loolie Drea :
1. Yes i think after this event the game will be more dynamic, everything will be more interesting, maybe we will have more attractive wars, there will be for sure countries that will look to have resources that they couldn't take during the event by attacking some enemy country that have the resource they need. I really hope that this game will be alive and attractive again.
2. Yes for sure we will have more MPPs, during the event we can't sign with many of our allies, because we have TW with Portugal, and almost all of our allies have MPPs with Portugal too, so you can understand why we will sign the MPPs after this event.
3. Our best allies in the last months were Poland, USA, Iran, Serbia, Slovenia, Canada, Norway, Colombia and others too, there are not only 3, everyone helped us with all they could, they are awesome, just amazing.
4. We have a good collaboration in the last time with countries from Pacifica, so as you can see we are close to them, at same time we have a good relation with Orion, of course we think to join to an alliance, to one which is in a closer relation with our allies, i think being members of an alliance could bring to us some advantages, why not?...but well you know in the last time there was a lot of changes at global level, many countries changed the alliances, some of them changed the side, there was a lot of crazy things that happened, Brazil and Argentina getting out of Asteria, joining to Pacifica, they let Pacifica after a few days too, they have now a new alliance, so the best thing for us was to wait to see what will happen, what movements the countries will make, we dont need to make the things fast, we need to make everything with calm and see what is best for us as small country...

Nikola TesIa :
1. Yes, I think so. Many countries started to being active this month, and are showing that sometimes it's not just about the military power or the co what makes you a winner...Splited communities are having troubles to get their goals, and united communities are winning a shinny future for their countries. Moreover this, it seems that the new industry will change the game, so this all will revitalize the game.
2. Yes, for sure. We stopped signing MPPs because of the tournament, but we'll start signing again when it comes to end.
3. Haha, I'll tell you the ones with which we cooperate the best, but I prefer to not to say the worsts 🙂
I think that the countries with which we cooperate the best are our brothers from eColombia and ePortugal, there's no doubt about it. And then, if I have to choose a third one right now I would say ePoland, as we've been working together lately and they've shown us the great allies they are.
4. No...Joining an alliance -depending on which it is- could really benefit eCuba.

Don-Pato :
The actually International Politic is rare... Alliances has been changed, and the new Resource distribution could affect the interest about regions and the Economy in several Countries.
1- I'm seeing that all Resources for the "New Product" has been assigned in Europe. This distribution could incentivate the AS for the new resources.
Others Countries, as eCuba, has changed the Resources from only Food, to Food and Weapons.
In other side, after Resource War, all Companies will can changed of Residency, then, a Cuban citizen could put his companies on others countries with better resources. I Think that all Countries will want to keep own the most Companies as possible, then will try to take regions with resources that they haven't.
2- Cuba will add MPP always as possible. This month has been rare, due Resource War, and the next MPP will be signed in few days.
3- Cuba cooperate good with Colombia, USA, Spain and Portugal.
4- Join an alliance is always an advantage, we want join but is not easy. We are working on this theme, but this month is anormal and we have been focused on Resource War more than other theme. Will work normally on alliance after take our 4 resources.
18 . Cyprus Q4: Do you think that joining Adriatica will bring more success for Cyprus? (Greece and Turkey are didn't join Adriatica )
Kemal Ergenekon :
1. Yes.
2. Given that we dropped our MPPs for the resource wars, of course, xdxd.
3. Best: USA, Chile, Croatia. Worst: Confidential 😉
4. That's our hope.
19 . Czech Republic Q4: What advantages brings Nebula alliance for Czech Republic?
El Fap Padre :
1. Resource wars looks good for now. Plato's wisdom is endless.
2. Czech Republic is small community with small income. MPP's are expensive.
3. Belorus, Hungary, Australia, Serbia. Worst? Dunno, didn't have that experience.
20 . Denmark Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
Ushlau :
1. Probably not, but one can hope.
2. No. Denmark don't do MPPs.
3. Countries with which Denmark coorporate well...On first place Germany ofc. On second and third place I will put Germany. On fourth place there are several countries with who we have good relations and from time to time work with.
4. Joining an alliance would most likely benefit Denmark. The question is how much that alliance would benefit from Denmark joining...
21 . Egypt Q4: Why Egypt didn't joined any alliance?
Srnica :
1. game is already dead
2. yes
3. Chile, Venezuela, Georgia, Albania, Greece, Saudi A. too much good allies
4. for now we like to be like this, but we are thinking to join. those are just good countries, worst I don't know

pammaxoc :
1.I do believe that the game will be far more interesting after RWs. Many countries gain full bonus and others they failed totally. It will be interesting to see how countries will react in the new environment. The resources map had been changed and the borders will not be the same as it is.
2.We will renew most of our previous mpps that we had before the RWs and we will add a few more.
3.We learn a lot of this event (RWs) and we managed to test the loyalty of our ''friends'' and allies. We learn more about who we can trust and who not. I will name 4 countries that we are cooperating very well: Greece/Georgia/Italy/Venezuela.
4.We are waiting for new alliances and after the event we will join. We had already off records talks so we will make our decision after the event.
22 . Estonia Q4: Why Estonia didn't joined any alliance?
Eesti Mees :
1. Definitely there will be changes. Some players must dissolve some of their companies, some must hire employees instead of working as manager, there will be new industry. But after couple of months it's "same sh*t with a different name".
2. No. We already added as taxes have collected from some medals for some time already.
3. Good partners have been Bulgaria, Macedonia, Spain. We don't have bad partners.
4. We have been in several alliances in the past.
23 . Finland Q4: Do you think that joining Pacifica will bring more success for Finland?
TheJuliusCaesar :
1. In some way, yes. A lot depends on the new industry, but the radius limitations imposed by Plato make it so that there can be for example only one Rubber resource in whole Balkan area. That makes those who weren't able to take it looking for another options, always. The resources will be much more contested too, now that only one can have it in certain area.
2. At the moment I that would be a careful now. Finland has pretty much MPP's for its size and spends 1/3 of monthly revenue on MPP's. Rather we might be forced to drop one or two MPP rather than add new ones. Time will tell.
3. That would have to include our neighbors and allies. It is hard to pick three nations, as we have cooperated successfully with many nations, but if you force me to name them, they would probably be Sweden, Latvia and USA/Russia. Lately we have had good experiences working together with Poland, Hungary, Estonia and Norway too. It really is hard to choose.
4. Absolutely. Joining Pacifica was the right step for us since Asgard stagnated and grew inactive after so many glorious years. In Pacifica we built long and steady our powerbase, and lately you have seen its fruits. Some mistakes were made, but hey, who doesn't do mistakes 😛
24 . France Q4: In a possible conflict Asteria v Pacifica + Adriatica, which side will Orion choose?
Moulin Jean :
1 / I do not know if the game will be more dynamic, but it is possible that there is alliance of movements. In what extent, I would say, but it will probably make things MPP of eWorld.
2 / Normally we have more MPP than that, but I think during the event, it is less easy to think of what to look for bonus as we fly. As attorneys in all eCountry course.
Besides we have a MPP with Romania usual.
3 / Our country to a good agreement with the Portugual, Serbia and Romania. General way, but also Canada, Iran, Argentina. Finally Asteria and ORION are.
4 / As in all eCountry, there is always a part of the population to a few camps and nostalgic (EDEN among others) to another camp. But we have a stability and control to Asteria + ORION for a while, so I do not see how his change this time.
Then of course I speak for my eCountry.
In terms of ORION, we have to see if the alliance resite at the end of the event and / or if we integrate Asteria and other eCountry also chose an alliance. For the moment I do not have the answer, because it must be said that ORION is not what it was at its beginning.
25 . Georgia Q4: Do you think that joining Adriatica will bring more success for Georgia?
Sebastian Vettell :
1) I think game will be absolute and hopefully interesting mess after the Resource war, due to the fact that big guys will start hunting.
2) Most likely yes, we already have 17 active ones, but there are few more that will be added to that list.
3) Hard to tell and to be honest I can't really name them. We've got more than 3 allies and it's impossible to distinguish who's better friend
4) For sure it will, the unity that we have in Adriatica is something you don't see in every alliance

Baristan Selmi :
1. first, i would like to talk about resource war. i think this war is great because even weak countries can be leaders in some economic sector. for example, in Georgia we already have 90% of bonus. i think this game after this war will be more interesting.
2.Probably the number of MPP will grow up but i can't say anything about this
3. we have lots of friends but know i remembered about Croatians and Turks. we have good friendship with everyone and we are trying to be close and also we are always remember about them and then they are in trouble we never leave them alone
4. Of course adriatika is an alliance there we are trying to help each other to get successes and Georgia isn't exception. georgia is developing very fast. we have joined 2 years ago and now we already can protect country

M A N T E X :
1. I believe this Resource Reallocation will definitely make things more interesting, but it's not like big players' stategems didn't take that into consideration. Most of the main resources were places strategically, even radius restrictions didn't disrupt the plans too much. Plus, countries cooperated at much better scale then admins thought they would.
2. Yes, we are not short of allies and we are ready to fight with them. MPPs will just make it easier.
3. Since our addition to the game, I don't believe we had a truly bad experience in foreign affairs and negotiations. There were some regrettable outcomes though, but in the end voice of reason always overcomes. We had great relations with Croatia, Turkey, Ukraine, Chile, Thailand, Greece, Ireland and many many more within Adriatica and beyond it. I would be also ungrateful not to mention our old allies from Root also.
4. I believe so, yes. Adriatica is a pledge, a pledge to fight and defend our friends. This was already true even before Adriatica, but now I am glad we gave this pledge a name, a banner. Moreover, now we can officially coordinate our actions under the alliance and thus making our effort more cohesive and effective. If it doesn't smell success, I don't know what is.
26 . Germany Q4: Germany didn't joined any alliance and has only 2 MPP signed. Do you think a cooperation Germany-Pacifica countries will be a win-win relationship?
ilphen :
1. No, I don't think the game will be more dynamic.
2. We obviously only had 2 MPPs when you asked this question because of the event... We were engaged in several training wars.. Hence did not prolong MPPs.. obviously..
3. Croatia, Thailand, Chile, Albania, Poland
4. We do not have a lot of contact to Pacifica countries. Germany does not exactly have a border to the Pacific either, if Pacifica aims to change that I'd fully cooperate with all of them.
27 . Greece Q4: Alliance-wheel is spinning. What will happen with Greece in a conflict Asteria v Adriatica + Pacifica?
AntrikosA :
1. There can't be such comparison, currently everyone works with training wars, it is obvious that after the training wars there will be some hardcore campaigns tl claim the new bonuses.
2. Absolutely
3. Argentina, Brazil, Turkey / FYROM, Bulgaria, Cyprus (they are not hostile but we can't cooperate with them)
4. "Well, we must wait for the future to show..."
28 . Hungary Q4: An cooperation Adriatica-Pacifica is possible. How it will influence international Hungary position? - this could revive Hun_Ro and Hun-Serb wars.
Nalaja :
1. For a while, yes I think. However, since still no info about the 'pollution' and its effect on productivity, and also about the 'new industry', I can't guess how much increase in dynamics could occur.
2. Definitely the ones we skipped because of training wars, however the big re-assessment of alliance systems is unlike.
3. best: Poland, Serbia, USA - worse: there are many countries we don't have contact. Declared 'bad connections' we don't have with anyone, maybe there are some bad feelings to us from Argentina, but also dissolving.
4. Theoretically everything is possible, however the April story of Pacifica and the disapproval of such a plan made it inlikely. So no HUN-SER wars seem possible (as there were no such wars in e-history, there is nothing to revive 🙂 ). War between Romania and Hungary could be supported by some citizens in both countries, is still unlikely. In case of an Adriatica-Pacifica cooperation, yes - but I told before, it was just refused a month ago.
29 . India Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
Anzar Khan :
1) Let's wait and see.
2) We are open to friendly cooperation with any country preferably smaller ones.
3) Goo😛 Bulgaria, MKD, Indonesia, Spain
Decent : Croatia Bad : Romania
4) Few alliances (2 or 3 every month) will be really good for India. Too many alliances will not help us much. Reason being we are a small country and so our allies might take our BH medals, regions etc.,
30 . Indonesia Q4: Why Indonesia didn't joined any alliance?
AdjieDW :
1. We will see some changes in International politics. The revolution of economic module will drive every country to rethink about their strategy of expansion and alliance. Small countries that obtain good resources will need to build diplomacy, otherwise they will be wiped from the map. And also we will see several political events in short-term after Resource Wars finished, but it'll only last for few months or even couple of days if the condition already stabilized. The worst part, it'll make more player to retired (Dead Citizen) because they don't have any reasons to play at all (for those who retired). Just be honest okay? 😉
2. Honestly, we didn't obtain good resources in this event. So basically we're safe for now by maintain our existing MPP, but we may add also several MPP's depend on the situation after Resource Wars.
3. Maybe i'll name 2 rather than 3 because we loved our brotherhood, Macedonia and Bulgaria 🙂
4. About that, we still enjoy with our current MPP's. It really depend on the political situation, so you can't force us to join alliance.. XD
31 . Iran Q4: An cooperation Adriatica-Pacifica is possible. Will ty Iran a cooperation with Syndicate (Greece, Turkey ) countries?
Persian Chevalier :
1-Yes I think the real resource war starts in the next month where strong countries will try to get the resources they missed this month. So I guess we will be having a lot of interesting and fun battles.
2-Yes we will definitely sign back some of the mpps that were dropped due to the battles we had to start with our allies.
3- We will cooperate with all the Asteria+Orion members as they're our main allies.
4-It's too soon to say , what's clear is that our loyalship is with Asteria for now.

Osex : -
1- yes absolutely, And I think the most powerful countries are already planned their after tournament`s strategies, Absolutely we will saw the bloody wars on the near future.
2- Yes before the current resource wars began Iran had about 22 MPPs with all of Asteria and pro Asteria`s countries, so because of this event and lots of the whole eWorld`s RWs, we dropped many of our MPPs but we decided to renew them after this event certainly .
3- Iran was cooperated with almost all if Asteria and pro Asteria`s nations since too much long periods of times and if I want to be more specific, for now Iran has a old brotherhood relation with Peru and Also Serbia. Also we have a very good relations with some of Pasifica`s nations like Poland, Hungary and the others too
And about our enemies I think it was obvious that Iran has a bad relations with Croatia and all of Pro Croatia`s countries
4- I think after the left of Brazil and Argentina from Pacifica, The alliance will be more Pro Asteria then before, but I think probably the current resource wars may change the situation and we just need time to see what will happened after this tournament been finished.
And about Iran`s relations with Syndicate I need to say that we had a good relations with half of its members like Argentia and Brazil from the past Asteria era and for now we just need to see what will happened between our alliance and them

Slay3r :
1- indeed. The mechanism of the last year's resource war tournament gave the big countries the ability to stablish all they want near their core regions. That made the game very boring, because most of countries preferred to stay peaceful and keep farming rather than having war. Admins realized what stupid job they'd done and now they try to solve it; just imagine that many of big countries won't have full set of bonuses until next year (in fact i mean until next resource shuffle) unless they enter series of wars
Also there are rumors about new stuff for newbies which involves more players in the battles
2- Currently, my country has one of the biggest mpp stacks in erepublik. We always look forward to expand and strengthen our foreign relations. Although we should keep an eye on our expenses
3- I'd rather tell more about cooperative ones xD I must really appreciate Bulgaria, Japan and every other countries which we had training wars with. And also we received great helps from our allies especially Asteria
32 . Ireland Q4: Do you think that joining Adriatica will bring more success for Ireland?
Don Croata :
1. Do you think that after Resource war, the game will be more dynamic?
Yes of course, right now everyone are focused on getting those resources and it's just about time for the real action, people will miss the real wars and depending on how things get done diplomacy wise we'll see who starts the first war 😃
2. Do you think that in next 3 months your country will add more MPP?
Yeah, we'll add them as soon as this event ends. We're going to sign an MPP with whole Adriatica + USA.
3. Name 3 country with which your country cooperate good/worst.
Goo😛 Croatia, USA, Italy
Ba😛 We haven't experienced that lately.
4.Do you think that joining Adriatica will bring more success for Ireland?
Of course it will, I'm sure of that 🙂

irishbhoy1967 :
1. It is hard to say, but maybe like in v1 there will now be prize regions, though I think the "route to capital" rule is one of the biggest problems in the game. Since it was added, holding colonies on the other side of the world no longer makes sense. This completely rules out the potential for so many meaningful battles.
2. We will add a lot of MPPs, but now there is no point because we have 2 training wars
3. Croatia, USA
4. Adriatica will be good for Ireland, but I see it the other way around. Will Ireland bring more success for Adriatica? I believe we will. We have always brought a lot to any alliance we have been in and I expect this to be no different. We are not a country that will take a back seat in alliance affairs, we will be at the center of it and the alliance will be better for it.
33 . Israel Q4: What advantages brings Nebula alliance for Israel?
John TG :
1)I dont think that the resource war event will bring more interest to this game. The game is dead many years ago. I dont think that the problem of erepublik is the battle module or the bonus module. The economy module is ruining this game. Also, i dont think that the smaller countries like Israel will benefit from this resource event (it's almost impossible for the small countries to acquire good bonus in this game). Also, it's really an issue that bigger countries can PTO smaller countries so easy.
2)Certainly my country needs and wants more mpp. the reason that the last month didnt renew some mpps is because of the resource event. Many countries (sometimes countries from the same alliance) were fighting each other, so there was the risk some mutual mpps to be lost. Next month we will seek to sign more mpps.
3)Serbia, Romania, Poland good allies/ Egypt worst country ever (no trust, no honor, rl hate)
4) The difficult thing for a small country is to be accepted in a big alliance. the reason is that the small countries have no big damage, so alliance cannot "benefit" much for bringing a small country into a big alliance. The last years the alliances are based in damage, and not friendship between the countries and this is sad. A "traditional" ally can "sell" you for some other country with bigger damage. Nebulla is a coalition of "small" countries, and i think that Israel fits well in there. Small countries can understand their needs each other better. Usually small countries discuss the matters of liberation (because most of them are occupied), so i think Israel has better understanding in this alliance.
34 . Italy Q4: Do you think that joining Adriatica will bring more success for Italy? We will see again Serbia in italien core-regions?
Ruthergnol : Mlster X
1 - Before of the event the game was a "pay to win". After the event the game will be a "more pay to win". lol?
2 - I think that we will sign the usual 12/15 mpp
3 - In Resource War, we have collaborated with eSerbia, eFrance and more good with Tittanos. But we have received many sabotages from other countries... We will remember in the future ..
4 - Yes of course! Adriatica is very strong... 😉 For eSerbia our intentions are to keep the nap now

Corol :–
1) I think that after resource war there'll be new implementation wich will make the game more dynamic. Resource war can't do a lot if only a single implementation.
2) I don't think so, we just added lot of MPP in last month (from 8 to 15) and I don't think my country will be able to afford a bigger price than now. We'll surely have MPP with all Adriatica's members and some others with friendly country, not more.
3) We cooperate well with lot of countries, focusing on this month i think that the first three can be Egypt, Croatia and Spain. We badly cooperated with France before Alex's CP election because of indecision from the old cabinet, now is really better. Other countries can be Greece (personal opinion) because of the attack in Israel's region of weeks ago; I don't really have a third one.
4) Serbia will surely be in our core regions after the resource war, we still don't have power to defeat them. I although think that joining adriatica has been a good decision, because we can be closer with our old allies and we con count on a bigger influence power than previously. Adriatica is a good alliance, you'll se our power in next months 😉
35 . Japan Q4: What advantages brings Nebula alliance for Israel?
Lazar0501 :
1. No, but there will be changes in alliances.
2. Possible, after the end of the training wars.
3. Japan has a lot of friends, we can not define only 3 countries. We have no enemies.
4. Nebula is useful for making new friendships.

Boda90 :
1.last 2 months i not really active (just do training and logout),so i dont know what to expect 🙂
2.ofc,after this tournament we will sign MPP with countries which we already had and maybe couple new 🙂
3.i cant specify only 3 countries, because we have excellent relations with many of them 🙂
4.i'm not adequate person to tell you that, you must ask CP of Israel or SG of nebula 🙂
36 . Latvia Q4: Do you think that joining Pacifica will bring more success for Latvia?
Dark Dragon :
1. Maybe
2. Yes
3. Good - USA, Bad - Estonia
4. We are Pacifica (3rd ones to join just after the two founders 😃 )
37 . Lithuania Q4: In a possible conflict Asteria v Pacifica + Adriatica, which side will Orion choose?
Raima :
1. Do you think that after Resource war, the game will be more dynamic? - it is hard to say because we still do not know what new resources will bring - anyway we will see in early future
2. Do you think that in next 3 months your country will add more MPP? yes
3. Name 3 countries with which your country cooperate good/worst. - cooperate goo😛 Romania, Serbia, Kanada, France, Netherlands, even Poland at the moment. cooperate worst: Ireland, Bulgaria
4. In a possible conflict Asteria v Pacifica + Adriatica, which side will Orion choose? it will depend from all members. our position is Asteria side
38 . Malaysia Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
Cipriannnnn :
1. yes
2. no
3. none
4. yes
39 . Mexico Q4: Do you think that joining Adriatica will bring more success for Mexico?
lalo292 :
1) The answer for the first question is probably not, maybe we'll see bigger wars for a specific region but we won't see as much battles as we had before, at least not real ones.
2) Yes, Mexico will do, we stopped signing MPPs this month to ensure our direct battles with our neighbors would be lose.
3) I'll say Chile, Venezuela and probably Spain, they're some of our oldest allies we've had ever.
In the other hand, Romania and Serbia are countries that we usually do not cooperate in any way.
4)Yes, I believe that Adriatica will be a success.

AlexEstrella :
1. No
2. Dont know really, I dont believe much in the latest alliances change. Many countries still have strong relations with their ex mates of alliance.
3. Good coop: Croatia Venezuela in last 3 months, epic 🙂
Bad coop: Cuba Colombia in last 3 months earlier.
4. Being 6 months erased was the average luck in 2015, we took the risk to break old paradigms and we are still working to improve it.

Sodo eRehabilitado xD :
1. I think the only game we sell the perception of greater dynamism for a while. But I really think this will not last long. Many players are aware that this game has major problems to be solved with more than a re adjustment resources.
2. We have not considered, however we remain open to dialogue, proposals and probable new friends or treatment.
3. Chile and Venezuela supported us much until before the event, likewise received a little less direct aid, but effective by Croatia ... A bit of Ireland or at least a section of them also ... I think they are the countries that we have again shown their friendship in the last two months.
4. It is too early to be sure that it will. But I have faith that our entrance to Adriatica could help us find and meet new challenges waiting, of course, success.
40 . Montenegro Q4: What advantages brings Nebula alliance for Montenegro?
- no feedback
41 . Netherlands Q4: In a possible conflict Asteria v Pacifica + Adriatica, which side will Orion choose?
Shawtyl0w :
1. I believe that after the resource wars the game will not changed much. Large countries with bonuses and little fighter will rent out their regions for money. Small countries will have a hard time producing in their core regions. Some countries will decide to work together focusing on one of the bonuses.
2.I don't think the Netherlands will sign more MPPs than we used to which is about 8-9. We simply don't have money to pay for more. The new tax system can also be a threat to the smaller countries which decreases tax income in case of occupation.
3. We've been working well with a lot od countries. We've had a TW with the UK, Belgium and Croatia (all enemies). They have been fair and we worked with each other. We've also had support from Orion fighters and players from Iran and Hungary when damage was needed.
4. The Netherlands will stay loyal to it's friends and allies. We will back Asteria even if that means some of our regions might be occupied. That is of course if the situation doesn't change. France has been electing adriatica oriented CPs in the last two terms but many of their soldiers will still fight for Asteria. If France decides to leave Orion we will simply continue our support to Asteria as they have stood by us in many battles.
42 . New Zealand Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
- no feedback
43 . Nigeria Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
- no feedback
44 . North Korea Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
Gongpoyi :
Silence is gold.
Dawenxi :
Those answers are no.
45 . Norway Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
hans erik :
1. Yes, i think the game will be more Dynamic. At least it is something new happening. We will see what happens and what Erep introduces, but i am Positive about the changes. In the short term it will surely create more activity and make the game more Dynamic, long term we'll see but i think the changes will do more good than bad.
2. Probably we will add more MPPs, currently we have none as we haven't needed them and have been under a friendly Wipe. But maybe we will start having some MPPs soon.
3. Finland and Sweden are our best Allies, and they have helped keeping us under a Friendly Wipe the last months. We have good relationship with many countries. Israel is someone we have been helping and they have been helping us when needed.
4. Joining an Alliance surely has its advantages. We have had our problems with Alliances that didn't really work, and we would like to stay independent for now, But it is clear we have our Allies and our "side" in all of this. We would like good relationships with all countries 🙂
46 . Pakistan Q4: Why Pakistan didn't joined any alliance?
Ahsan :
1. Yes, it will be more interesting.
2. It depends but we'll sign few if necessary.
3. Pakistan is neutral at the moment and not against any country but regarding good cooperation then I would say Portugal, Iran & Bulgaria as they helped us throughout the resource wars and still cooperating with us.
4. Alliances now a days are looking for strong countries with huge damage and unfortunately Pakistan does not meet such requirements. Neither anyone send any invitation nor we showed any interest so it's fine.
47 . Paraguay Q4: What advantages brings PLUTO alliance for Paraguay?
- no feedback
48 . Peru Q4: Peru is in Asteria. Why doesn't have any MPP with Asteria countries?
Dikilucario :
1) yes, it will be more dynamic in europe because old countries that were knowed like farms and cc sellers wont have 100% bonus easy at least they NE more neightbours or having more deals. I think poland (germany), serbia (spain) and romania (georgia) would be the most priviligiated.
2) I dont think so, Peru will remain the same MPP that had before the event.
3. Best: Iran/Brazil/Hungary.
Worst: Greece/Chile/Bolivia.
4. Because we needed a new battle from and we NE brazil loosing all our asterian mpps. After the event we will resign.
49 . Philippines Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
iGlofik :
1. We saw that at this event there are some countries who managed to secure some good resources, there may be some battles on Spain's resources, maybe on ours also, who knows; Dynamism, Hmmm, probably it will depend a lot on what these new resources will do. Plato may or may not disappoint us, we still got 9 days until we will know more.
2.Probably not, we try to stay as neutral as possible, there were some talks in the past with both sides, but nothing was signed.
3. Our collaboration with Albania was really successful during this event, we are open to any countries if they came with a good proposition.
4. Joining an alliance is out of the question, we prefer being neutral.
50 . Poland Q4: An cooperation Adriatica-Pacifica is possible. Will raise again a polish empire?
Prophet009 :
1. Yes i think that game will be more dynamic. I believe that European superpowers will rush for bonuses out of EU. Thats good because erep can be more interesting. I hope that times of MUDO + work and train as only fun will be gone.
2. I count that Poland will get its MPP set stronger faster than in 3 months. I wish for us to get back for conquests and for this we need a strong allies. Im working over it already
3. I can name 3 countries with best cooperation: Germany, USA and Hungary. 3 worst I simply cant say because here we dont have any 🙂
4. I doubt that our alliances will be close to each other, Hungary is too much close to the Serbia and USA + PL had bad experiences with Croatia and Turkey. Pacifica has most mpps with Asteria and 3 countries of Syndicate. I believe its our direction to follow
51 . Portugal Q4: An cooperation Adriatica-Pacifica is possible. Will try Asteria a cooperation with Syndicate?
Shao Lin :
1. I don't think the game will continue with this dynamic after the event. In my opinion it will go back to the same as the days before Resource War.
2. If we have some MPP proposal that is good for both parts I don't see why couldn't we sign some new MPP. But, honestly, we don't have any changes in sight.
3. Argentina have to be one of them, the bond between our countries is unbreakable until now. Even in opposite sides we are their "hermanos" and they are our "irmãos". For the record both words inside "" mean brothers in spanish and portuguese, respectively.
I will not add more countries to this question, let keep it clean with only Argentina named 😃
4. About this, I do not know if it is possible or not, the Asteria HQ are the ones who know how to answer this question. We will see what future brings us.

Nunopeb1 :

Granikus :
1. I think that during the resource wars the game was more dynamic. After that, who knows? Probably not.
2. Normally my country tries to have only a limited number of MPPs, because of budget constraints. With whom we have MPPS would depend on our friends and allies needs.
3. I can say that, historically, our best allies were Argentina. We always had problems with our neighbour Spain, but in the last times there was a will to change this and have an approximation between our countries. Of the not so big countries, I can name Canada with whom, in the last months, we got a lot of cooperation.
4. There are still some incertaties in the alliances to be sure what will be the positions between each other. There are lot of friends in different alliances.
52 . Republic of China (Taiwan) Q4: Do you think that joining Pacifica will bring more success for Taiwan?
yech personal opinion:
1.I don't think so. Resource war change the bonus for every countries & regions, bring new resource, it would change relationships betweem some countries.
But the Nature of this game don't change.
SO I don't think the game will be more dynamic after Resource war.
2.Maybe not. As Answer 1, I think relationships betweem some countries would be changed, so I can't predict it.
3.It's an interesting question.
Sometimes, relationship between countries is not stable when one of them changes the leader(government), so the cooperation often depends on the people, not the country.
(Actually I'm also not good at diplomatic. In my thought, we have good and stable cooperation with eChina for long time.)
4.I think that join a stable league is good for ROC(Taiwan), so I hope Pacifica will remain stable.
53 . Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) Q4: Why Republic of Macedonia didn't joined any alliance?
Furious Lady :
1. Yes, definitely will be more dynamic, i believe many new fronts will be opened bit this was really good idea. Seems to me admins finally are doing something and know where are going.
2. Yes
3. It's cliché but i cannot tell only 3 countries, we cooperate good with all our allies.
4. To not break some strong bonds we have with our friends and allies.
54 . Republic of Moldova Q4: Do you think joining an alliance brings no advantages for your country?
NuRupeNik :
1. Daca vom mai eTrai, vom vedea! 🙂
2. Asta va depinde doar de vointa eCetatenilor eMoldovei. Care din pacate la moment nu prea au vointe, sau le au dar nu si le expun. 🙂
3. good - eRomania, eSingapore, eMuntenegro. worst - eBulgaria, eBulgaria, eBulgaria. 🙂
4. De cate ori am fost in aliante, plateam cotezatii si indeplineam ordinele militare pentru ele. Interesele noastre mai mereu erau neglijate. Poate, nu eram in aliante potrivite pentru noi? 🙂
Nick Meis :
1. Yes , i am sure about this , i am waiting for new alliances and battles like pacifica-asteria.
2. I wish it and i will try it but we have some financial problems.
3. Romania, Singapore and Montenegro.
4. We are looking for Military changes around the world and maybe, is not so easy for a small country to join an alliance but we are good allies 😁
55 . Romania Q4: An cooperation Adriatica-Pacifica is possible. Will try Asteria a cooperation with Syndicate?
ionutzd :
1. The game will be much more interesting. Strategy will be much more important since most of the powerful countries don't have the luck of US to be free to set all resources in core without being totally blocked on one of them. The european countries will start fighting for some important regions with very rare resources.
2. Yes, there will be interesting moves regarding the MPP list. I'm talking about adding, not changing.
3. Good cooperation? Serbia, for sure. Last 4-5 months moved the relation between Romania and Serbia to the next level of cooperation. If everything works the way we want, the entire ASTERIA should move to that direction. The first steps were made 2 months ago, with DioMaximus as SG and will continue for sure.
Moldova is also a partner who was always ready to help (even if their power is very limited, they are excelent partners when it comes to planning something - the campaign in France showed that perfectly).
We had excellent cooperation with Belarus and I don't think there is any other country who kept her promisses as Belarus did, no matter who the leader was.
Ukraine was/is also a very good partner, even if we had some problems for the last month.
On the other side, what is "worst" cooperation ? NO cooperation was with Croatia/Chile/SK. I don't include Hungary here because we had a nice campaign in South America together 1 year ago.
4. Is it (Adriatica-Pacifica)? Time will tell. Asteria-Syndicate ? Half of the Syndicate is ex-ASTERIA and still ASTERIA is "cooperating" with Turkey the moment we speak 😁)
56 . Russia Q4: Do you think that joining Pacifica will bring more success for Russia?
Paksa :
1. I believe the game will be more dynamic in a short term. We have a few powerful loosers of the “Resource wars” event which will try to get their resources somehow. The recent changes in the eWorld alliance map and the future changes in the eRep economical module will definitely provide additional turbulence and dynamic to the game. So, I expect a lot of epic wars and diplomatic intrigues in the near future.
2. Our top prio is to keep existing MPP and warm relations with our old good friends and partners in Pacifica and out of it. I don’t expect any substantial changes in our MPP list. However, a couple of “tactical” MPPs could be signed on occasion.
3. We have great cooperation and warm relations with Finland, Hungary and our best friends from USA.
We have never had a single chance to cooperate with Romania, Argentina and Ukraine
4. eRussia and eUSA found Pacifica a few years ago and made a lot of efforts to promote this alliance. It used to be a two-friends union based on the “Bear and Eagle Pact”, but it evolved to one of the strongest alliances in the eWorld. We are happy to have political and military support of the members of Pacifica and we are proud to be a member this alliance.

Because article too long is, I have to publish it in 2 parts.
International politics - alive?!? - Part 2
