The battle of Charrua is a Training War for eSouth Africa and Uruguay. Because of the rules of admins, we cannot give initiative to Uruguay forever, we must attack.

The Uruguayans have lost one of their mpps (Russia), and they wanted to stop the war, but due to some rogue congressmen, they were unable to end the NE and sign peace.

Charrua is the only region of the Uruguayans. It is VITAL that it does not fall.

WE DO NOT WANT TO WIN!

Please, DO NOT FIGHT at Charrua. There are plenty of other battles to get the Battle Hero medal. You can go for the BH medal when the attacked region is Western Cape. You can fight there for the mission if you see that the influence is more than 60% for Uruguay.
