true coolness comes from selfconfidence and that only arises from selfknowledge you trying to bash others to look cool might make you feel better or make you think you´re cool for 5 minutes but it´s like the hedonist happyness and by your behaviour if someone insults you "properly" you´ll be crushed for sure

my idea was very simple actually if germans aren´t nationalists maybe they might respond better to regionalist feelings (like making fun of the bavarians like i do ) this might create a healthy competivity that brings regionalists into the game just to prove they are better then brandenburgers

i think your plan will fail because the game itself is not good. and how would brandenburgers try to be better than others more citizens in one federal state? i dont think thats any good.

and if thats not an attack on my personality i don´t know what is wich goes against the entire spirit of the article wich is to strenghten germany and not myself but then again if you had read my previous articles you would know me better

just says that advertising on board or the like were all tried in the past. and they didnt work than. and now with the game gone worse i dont think it would work all of a sudden.

as for all the 10 ideas the newbs have why dismiss it just because they are newbies ? i mean yes 95% will be impossible and will look dumb but better to nurture creativity then crush it

its the welcome to the internet. the ones who stay around after that are ok to speak to and wont cry as soon as things dont go as they want. they will therefore stay for longer than the other ones. helping them wont be a waste.

you need to work on your psichology skills and learn something about motivational drives

no i just cant allow myself to help newbies who quit after 1 or 2 month because the dont get love from everyone and attention from admin. its a financial matter too.

the ones who quit after a "nice" welcome will also quit when they lose half their money when admins try to "improve" the game even more. so its better for me if they go before i invest money and (a bit) brains.
and its not like egermany is all hate (thats just me)... there are ponys too and stuff.

as for people quiting it happens it´s like trying to live in a world where cristal glasses don´t break

i´m not advocating a nice wellcome or investing hard in newbs all they need is someone who spurs them up a bit and a crapload of time and patiente regarding information

i worked in esef and 50% of the people i tutered stayed in the game (portuguese tutorial team)
wierdly i invited over 80 people to the game and only around 5 stayed
