GOOD DAY LADIES&GENTS
Well today as I actually don"t have nothing to do,I"ll be writting about what will be/is best for UK.In the past couple of days,there were some good,fair point articles with really good stuff and proposals for the better UK.
From Rob the Bruce cheekiest lad I know,it came clean,fair point article about current situation in UK and what as a society we should do to change this current stance of UK.The status quo is out of question and if we continue with this status than we aren"t come anywhere.In Rob"s article said that Congress should be entirely disolved and I"ve agree with that,but the concept of democracy is just that having representative body as it is Congress and above all having regions as it has UK or is all about democracy.
The right question is how make it Congress to be Congress with all what it suppose to be.Congress approves laws proposed by congressmen,but having pointless arguement about laws and legislations is sometimes useless.What is alternative?.I am going to tell you what is alternative solution?.
Because of this metagaming thing we can"t just to disolve Congress,but what we need and have to do is to make it more flexiable without pointless discussions:
-elected congressmembers to focus on the laws,and when they are going to be elected they from PP"s they should be warned about possible consequences and might be excluded from pointless discussions and arguements,banned them by the Speaker of the House of Commons,or just to be restricted on voting process.
-Calling all TOP 5 Parties and those out of TOP 5 on mutual meeting on #IRC channels for constructive discussion and seting up a messures and rules which their candidates need to obey.
-Constitutional Dictator should be more active and to participate in Congress by monitoring voting process and on sessions with discussions and to prevent disonancy and to keep balance between Parties.
-Constitutional Dictator need to have wider authorities to maintain consesuss between Parties,participating in creating CP"s cabinet and to have more controll of them.CP need to work with Constitutional Dictator and to agree on decisions and on possibility of changing cabinet if it would be neccessary.
-If Constitutional Dictator wants and if that would have been possibility to stepdown from Dictatorship it wouldn"t need approval of Congress,it will need approval of Country President and on mutual agreement between CP and Dictator.
All of this will lead to more cooperation and better coordination between Dictator and CP and both wouldn"t depend on Congress.This would lead to more activity,more articles from CP"s cabinet and Goverment ministeries.It will bring more UK players who wants to be involved in politics.Concerning Goverment Ministery who are taking care of new and young citizens will educate new citizens giving them opportunity for the first steps in this game.
That"s all for today,I"ll continue with more articles in a days ahead of us.

lepo si ti t objasnio : meni engleski baš i neide od ruke da bih napravio neki članak ali ono najbitnije nije spomenuto ni u jednim novinama koje su se protekle 2-3 nedelje bavile situacijom koja je zadesila englesku. niko se nije bavio pitanjem vojske, njenim upravljanjem, hitnom mobilisanju trupa za odbranu teritorija. svi kažu da je kasa prazna ali umesto prodavanja tenkova mogli bi pokušati sa organizovanjem udara zarad oslobođenja, napraviti članak gde bi se prijavile sve vojne jedinice koje su željne da učestvuju u tome, prikupiti neke donacije od samih građana i onda koordinisanim udarima probiti obruč koji su francuzi stegli oko nas. 😃
Sve je to u redu i u potpinosti se slazem i nesto se pocelo desavati a to je osnovati Nacionalnu MU u kojoj bi bili 100-150 vojnika,i ta bi MU organizovala zajednicke udare u saradnji sa MoD-om eUK,MoD bi bar jednom mesecno mozda 2 put mesecno donirao hranu,oruzje i organizovanje udara za odbranu teritorija u eUK.I da joas neke Jedinice zele da uceatvuju u tome zele da skupljaju donacije od heavy tank ljudi a i od ostalih bogatih gradjana,
to je lepo čuti ali bi to trebao biti prioritet, dalje, treba organizovati radnu snagu koja bi radila za minimalac u fabrikama koje su u vlasništvu države ili jedinica koje bi se borile isključivo za državu, napraviti konkurs-anketu u googl doc gde bi se komandanti vojnih jedinica izjasnili o njihovoj želji za borbu za uk. ptom da oni naprave anketu za svoje članove, da se vidi sa koliko q7 tenkara raspolažemo, kolika bi nam bila proizvodnja te sve te podatke proslediti timu mod-a i tako početi sa konkretnom reorganizacijom vojske. znam da mnogi neće da rade za minimalac ali ako bi im se uz taj minimalac obezbedio barem 1 udar dnevno, tada bi imali razloga da se aktiviraju a država bi dobila veći broj aktivnih igrača u datom momentu što bi dovelo i do veće štete koju bi mogli napraviti za uk. neznam koliko si pratio razvoj srbije ali ja sam za ovih 5 godina koliko igram 2 puta bio u sastavu mod srbije, video sistem po kojem su se igrači zainteresovali za zajedničke udare. tako su počeli da čuvaju svoj vel, da planiraju da budu puni u terminu kada se organizuje udar i slično. rado bih pomogao u tome ali kao što sam rekao *ebe me pisanje na engleskom 😃 pa ako si rad probaj im izložiti ovo kao neku ideju za razvoj zemlje i njenom vojnom napredku
