To build buzz, cultivate loyal users, and help in creating a global brand.
Monitor our presence on social media.
Craft engaging content and build an effective strategy across different social media channels.
Be the voice of our users.
To process effectively suggestions, bugs or any relevant product information to ensure a good user experience.
To manage communities and user engagement. Act as the platform between the company and its users.
To nurture the community.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Take an active role in a collaborative team environment where the agile methodologies are used to self organise workload – i.e. sprint planning is for everyone in the team.
Manage and develop our community, building solid relationships with community power users and influencers.
Monitor forums after launches and escalate any negative feedback to the team.
Evangelize our games, and get through users via blogs, forums, events, social media, etc.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of social media and online community trends, technology and strategies, and are comfortable acting in the public sphere.
Experience managing brand social media accounts on Twitter and Facebook
Impeccable copywriting and editing skills.
Previous Experience managing an online-offline community in multiple geographies
Mature judgment to address sensitive questions with positivity and discretion.
1-4 years of experience in technology-related public or developer relations, and/or leading an online community.
Fluent in English is a must have.
Optional requirements (would represent a bonus for the candidate)
Skills:
Open, responsive, highly communicative and empathetic.
