ADP - Food drive and CP elections.

G'day Aussies,

Well firstly thank you to all Australian Democratic Party members who elected me their Party president. I value your trust and your support and as you had no choice because i ended up being the only candidate it made the victory more nerve wracking.

Anyway as promised the first food drive for our members, just comment below and you'll be sent 100 Q5 food - that's 1000 health. Use it to fight for Aus, for our allies or just sell it...your food and your choice.

Now to some nitty gritty, as also promised we will now be looking to elect party officers -

Vice President - Will help to oversee the daily running of the party and continuing the duties of my good self when I am unable to operate my duties.

Councillor - This happy little chappy/chapess will be looking after the members, recruiting, dealing with members worries and concerns

Spokesman - Title says it all really, the odd article would be nice but please remember you will be an official voice of the party.

Secretary General - Ideas, policies, parties with alcahol, liaison with members for new and fresh ideas...this is what we hope to expect from the Secretary general.

Of course nobody expects uber-activity but it would be nice to have an active party that will challenge other parties to up their game and so kick start eAustralian politics. Just comment if you would like to be considered for any of the above positions and we'll have a ballot start in 48 hours which you'll obviously be informed of. We'll also be having a vote to see who you guys want to support for the up and coming CP elections in the next few weeks.



Now then, that being said I am throwing my hat again in the ring for the Country Presidential elections on May 5th. I will of course be releasing a few bits n' pieces, manifesto for the nation and a list of my cabinet if I win and I have some exciting new ideas to keep this community alive during our wipe and struggle for freedom...but also I'll be releasing details of a few extras such as a new eAustralian forum that I am currently setting up. I won't be the owner so relax and I have always believed that a CP should not be an admin either, but it is a free site so their is no bias towards donators, admins will be regularly elected and no tickets will need to be issued as it is part of the job of admins to use common sense when it comes to changing permissions for PP's, cabinet members, senators...common sense will be the key words.

Red tape hindering common sense and used as an excuse will be a thing of the past and now finally we can start to unite the vast majority of the community that either don't use the forums or refuse to for issues I am sure you are aware of...issues may I add that was there before i even came to eAustralia and has led to numerous calls for boycotts of the forums and even a petition that was ignored by the current forum owner. Previous CP's have debated leaving the current dead forum and one even started to set up another forum...I will have gone one better and created a forum where admins will come and bad admins will go...all through the collective voice of the people. Regular elections not just a case of needing a certain persons support...it is BS like that which has brought us to our current situation. The owner of the current forums may say there are no cases of admin abuse and sit on his hands for his friend, the vast majority of the community disagrees and has proof. If any admin is accused of keeping hold of any moderating power they shouldn't have access to or abusing their position then it'll go to a straight vote of all forum members...this is your chance people to build your community forum into what you have always called for.

If you elect me CP then all cabinet work will be directed there, IRC and more Importantly in-game messages.
