Greetings eSerbians
Today I'm representing the bulk of the eSouth
African community and I’d like to ask a few minutes
of your time to hear what the eSouth African
community would like to say.
Truth be told. eSouth Africa doesn't exist. It was
forced out of existence in April this year. These days
it is referred to as “Lazoland”. The Lazocrats, a
mercenary MU, PTO’d the country in an extensive
multi campaign. There is no cabinet, their congress
funnels cash into their MU and they communicate
within the MU, not on the public forum. In my four
years of playing this game I've never seen so many
multies created in just a few months. The admins
naturally neglected to help us because the Lazocrats
all have above silver membership. So we’re really
with our backs against the wall. Our pleads are
unanswered and our cries unheard. Scores of eSouth
Africans, many RL South Africans, have left the
game because of this. In other words, the community
that once played in eSA, is dying.
Our country and community has become a
demoralizing sight. The Lazos haven’t held back
from calling us “cotton pickers” and “ni**ers”. They
also raise work tax whenever we retaliate through
congressional proposals. They even overloaded our
forums as to crash it.
As the eSouth African community we’d like to rise as
one voice and call for your support. Our story is a
testament that cheaters can do anything they want in
this game. Due to their VISA status they can bully
and oppress just about anyone. We are aware that a
multitude of articles have been published, calling an
end to cyber bullying. Well here we are, calling the
international community to put actions to their
words.
What do we mean with support? We currently hold
14 congress seats. This means that we can accept 14
people into the country per term. We’d like welcome
people into our ranks so that we can outvote the
Lazocrats. Our only wish is that we would be allowed
to play this game as eSouth Africans again. Wipes
and PTOs are nothing new, but we find this kind of
cyber-oppression unacceptable.
You, the rest of eRepublik, are our only hope. We
hope that those in favour of fair-play and freedom
will help us destroy the monstrous manifestation the
Lazocrats have become. They deny us just about
every right this game has to offer, and after us they’ll
probably move on to bully someone else.
