Now for ratifications:

(1) The party constitution needs more work before it is published. I would anticipate that the final article is published very soon!

(2) Before I left on my forced vacation, I appointed an active party member to supervise YUUVA's members who were in Congress this month. One Congress member breached the normal rules and imposed a 3 month Congress blacklist on him.
I am not ratifying this punishment as it is extreme and unfair.
Instead I am choosing to educate the Congressman concerned.
