Join the new world

Today brings us Presidential election day. It's been a crazy campaign. Unexpected twists and turns. I'm not afraid to admit that my opponents have all been better writers than myself. Ironically media is what first attracted the attention of Fed Leadership about a year ago when I made my return to eRepublik. Faced with the reality of superior literary talent I've taken the approach of attempting to be concise in my campaign articles. I have attempted to make up for this by reaching out to the parties and individuals on a personal level through in game pm, irc, and via the forums.





USAF has taken prime position for much of this campaign. I have spent quite a bit of time messaging and conversing with leaders of USAF, and a plan of action has been chosen. This plan includes assembling a team tasked with producing regular propaganda and recruiting articles. They will plan and host contests/competitions designed to help this new mega MU gel. I'm confident that we've come up with a winning course of action for USAF.


While USAF is important, it is not the only thing we have going on in this country. The AFA still lurks watching and waiting for an opening. We still have a diminished meta game. We have obligations to our allies, and a role to play in the larger eWorld. None of these issues will sit and wait quietly to receive attention while Potus tinkers in the DoD.


I don't claim to have the magic solution, but I know what focusing on increasing activity, and involving the player base can accomplish. I have done it at the party level, the Executive level in DHS, and after taking part in the ATO Operation this month I know it can be done across Party lines. All that is needed is a good plan with a willing group. I have assembled an excellent team to help tackle our diverse challenges.




I'm sure by now everyone is more than a little relieved for the campaign season to be coming to an end. I have messaged many people over the last several days, and the media module has been flooded with campaign/endorsement articles. Speaking of endorsements I would like to thank the parties and individuals who have honored me with their support. It's been fun and interesting. However, I'm happy to be entering the stretch run.
