[RUS] Dear Serbian friends

We play this game more than 6 yrs and we use to be very good allies in v1 period. Since that time many positive and negative things came out between our countries. Some Russian old school players still have a butthurt about it. However, about 90% of Russian players which came to the game not later than 2011 don't mind it. That's why we have MPP and the nice opportunity to make a fresh start in relations between our countries.
