Join the new world

Inspired by Aramec's "Media Madness Week" I have chosen to title my month of madness "Mayhem Month". This article, ladies and gentlemen, will outline the many domestic plans that I have should I win the upcoming presidential elections.

I hope you'll enjoy these ideas as much as I have. Before we get started I need to make one thing absolutely clear. ALL PRIZES/REWARDS/COSTS/EXPENSES FOR MAYHEM MONTH WILL BE COMING FROM MY OWN POCKET. TAXPAYER MONEY WILL NOT BE USED.

Mayhem Month will be filled with many contests. I have already given some ideas out in several party forums of what you can expect, but now it is time to get a little more specific.

I will endeavor to host four separate media contests (one per week). In which players can write general articles, poetry, stories, memoirs, and the like in order to win prizes equivalent to those in my recent "Writing Week" contest. Each contest will have a separate theme so that these contests can stay exciting and dynamic.

I will be creating a fighters competition that will run throughout four weeks of the month. Every week the theme will differ. We will see things cheapest BH competitions, highest BHs against specific countries, most kills made in a campaign, and others. What themes will be used is not entirely decided yet, but you will see a new one each week for sure. Prizes of 5G will be distributed on a daily basis. I'd push for 10G daily but sadly my lack of wealth prevents that. I have never seen an event done specifically for fighters in eUSA before and I hope this portion of our playerbase will take an active part in competing for these prizes.

There will be weekly lotteries as well. I am currently debating the nature of how these will work and want you all to help me decide in the comments below or via PM.
1. Would you like a typical, "Endorse this article to enter, one person comes out with all the endorsements" for smaller/more accessible lotteries?
2. Something similar where I pay a separate, larger pot of either cc, weapons, or something else? Endorsements of 25cc would be the basis of entry here as well.
3. Or one with a much bigger pot of gold that will require cc donations that will be used to buy a virtual "ticket" and use these bigger-than-25cc donations to distribute a prize pot of a much larger size?

281 days ago, the CP/D of the time "Gnilraps" hosted a grand event on Clopoyaur TV where the eUSA cabinet took over and held and array of contests, spoke about dioism, and just generally picked on Yui. It was one of the most fun days I have ever had in eRepublik. You can watch the entirety of the event by following the two links below.

You will notice that I am the first one to pick up the call, and you may also notice that I had absolutely no idea what to do or say. That was because Gnilraps had given everyone the wrong time for the stream so only I showed up on time. I wasn't even supposed to be on that stream, so i had a mini-freakout until Gnilraps showed up and stole the show. I have some exciting news about this event.

I have PM'd Clopoyaur and he has agreed to allow me to commence operation: Americans Take Over Part 2. I hope to emulate what Gnilraps accomplished while adding my own personal touches and while giving everyone the correct time to show up for the stream! Me and Clopo are still working on the specifics of when we can make an event like this happen and details on that will follow later. I hope to match many of the prizes given out by Gnilraps that term and hope as many eMericans will attend such an event as possible.

Originally just to be a next-term thing, I am happy to see that our current CP has agreed to create the EPA this term as well. Gnilraps had approached the government with this idea and written plenty of media on it. Today he has officially announced its creation as an arm of the government. I will be continuing to support this new government program should I win the elections and helping him in every way I can to make it a success.

In addition to these many things I have planned I also wish to reattempt gaming nights. Essentially, we take a bunch of eUSA players that enjoy playing external games and pick a time and date to organize an event for that game. I haven't an idea of which games to pick yet, but will be asking for suggestions over the next few days and will accept any suggestions in the comments. This one isn't a for-sure, but I would like to make it happen again.
