High quality weapons are important in every battle. In this article we are going to show you all the different weapons and their influence on the damage every player causes. In detail we want to take a look at the following things:

- Which weapons do exist and what is their difference
- How do they influence the damage
- Does it always need to be a Q7 weapon



Which weapons do exist and what is their difference

Here is a list of a weapons including their firepower. Especially the last thing is very important, in order to show the influence onto the damage - so take a look at it.



You can directly see, that a Q7 weapon is the best weapon regarding the firepower and durability, regarding the costs it is - depending on the offers - one of the most expensive ones. Let's take a look onto the influence on damage.



How do those weapons influence the damage

In order to calculate the damage on a battlefield (the so called "influence"), we need the formula eRepublik uses for its calculations:



We can directly see that the damage of a player depends on three specific values: Strength, the Military Rank and Firepower. As we want to concentrate on the weapons, we only take a look at the last part of the formula and are able to calculate the influence of every single weapon.

After all we can say: Q7 weapons have the highest influence on this formula.



Does it always need to be a Q7 weapon

Long story short: No! We gathered the most important facts:

- You want to defeat many players: use Bazookas!
- You want to deal alot of damage: use Q7 weapons!
- In case you can't afford a Q7 weapon, feel free to use a weapon of lower quality
- Try to use at least a Q5 weapon, otherwise you will need to much energy in order to defeat an enemy

Attention: Never fight without a weapon! As already mentioned before you will waste too much energy and get into a higher level way too fast. As you progress your level, you will also reach a higher division. That way it is a lot harder to earn a BH or CH achievement through the most damage on a battlefield.
