Dear Montenegrins,

I remember when you had no country. You lived in different countries, fought for your country to appear but your goals and leaning were always the same. You proved evn before you had your own country that you deserve to be a member of the Phoenix Alliance.
I know these are hard times. Some of us was erased, some of us are under attack, but they can't erase one thing: friendship. Let it be the main keyword between us, and under friendship's glory, I'm proud to welcome your shining country in the alliance.
