[El Presidente] Peace with France, Bonuses and Foreign Policy

Hello there, eUK!
First off, thanks for electing me and giving me the chance to use that neat CP seal. Everything seems to be moving a bit slower around here right now due to the general election, so I think now is a good time to address some important things.

We are still waiting on access to a number of our key orgs, including 10 Downing Street. Give me my President org, Plato! Our glorious king Woldy will continue to ticket admins until we get back what is ours.

I'd like to highlight how quickly our cabinet has jumped into action. We've already seen our Ministry of Home Affairs release five great articles, including one in partnership with the Ministry of Finance. Check them out here:

Peace with France
France have continued to honour the commitment to peace that we agreed last term. They've removed the NE and our peace proposal is going through now. There was a small hiccup today as France captured South East of England, but their President was in contact during the campaign to inform us that French MUs were ordered not to fight.
We witnessed French Congressmen hitting for the UK, so I have no reason to believe any foul play. Our allies were rightly focused on helping Bulgaria, whilst France had some powerful MPPs free such as Serbia and Poland. The French have kindly offered to start the RW as soon as possible, and won't fight for it.

Bonuses
I'm still talking with Norway about renting two fruit regions from them as we were doing before the MEK Dictatorship, but I'm confident that we'll restore these bonuses before long.
We have begun offering a number of citizenships to our allies so that their MU suppliers can come and use our bonuses. With so many of our closest friends wiped, this is a way for us to help out in our current situation. We're already seeing a very positive response to this initiative and I imagine that will only improve once we also have 100% food bonus.

Foreign Policy
It's clear that the UK's foreign policy is something that needs addressing.
First of all I'd like to state unequivocally that the United Kingdom is committed to her allies.

Over the last couple months we have had to make some tough decisions in the face of grave threats to our country. This was manifest in the form of some surprising MPPs.
The secretive nature of these deals were an unfortunate necessity and there's no guarantee we'd still be on the map now if we'd done it any differently, but some of our allies were understandably concerned. Whilst we have taken steps to mitigate their concerns, there is still work to be done. We stand by our friends such as Chile, Croatia and Bulgaria as they come under attack, and I hope this clears up any confusion about the direction we are heading.

Foreign affairs are not nearly as black-and-white as they seem, and we will maintain good relations with a lot of countries that aren't currently part of our MPP stack. We won't forget those that have helped us.

Phew. Serious business out the way.
I think we're off to a good start. Congress discussions have been positive and every ministry has jumped into action right away. The next update should be a bit more light-hearted, just a few things that needed addressing right away.
