[DMJ4PotUS] Making the Case for Term 2

Day 2,444, 21:00 Published in USA USA by Tyler Bubblar

Greetings eAmerica! As you have no doubt noticed it is once again campaign time. A month ago I wrote an article urging you to vote for DMJ. I emphasized all of the great qualities that he has that led me to believe he would be a good President. Today I can tell you he has been even better than I expected. He has been actively engaged, decisive, and intelligent in his role as the leader of this nation. I have been impressed by him.

As alluded to in DMJ’s recent article, we were once not the best of friends. We were frequently vocal leaders of opposing points of view. In spite of our rocky beginning we have forged a partnership of trust and friendship. It has truly been an honor to serve under him as Vice President this term. He has put his Cabinet Secretaries in a position to succeed and take ownership of their Departments. The results with one notable exception have been very good.

I would like to take a moment to talk about the Interior. This Department is in need of a little tlc. During Molly’s second term the current Secretary of the Interior IndexInfinity had to resign abruptly and unexpectedly. As the Chief of Staff I worked with Trickstir the previous Secretary of the Interior who stepped in to fill the void left by Index’s departure. We first focused on repairing the fiscal health of the Department and smoothing over any disconnect from the sudden change in leadership. Things were going fairly smoothly again when early in this term Trickstir also had to step down. Suddenly things are influx again. To say that the Interior and domestic issues have fallen by the wayside and forgotten is simply not true.

In truth this administration has attempted to take a balanced approach to things. Without strong allies and good relations abroad it serves little good to have a strong, vibrant domestic infrastructure. Conversely it is much more difficult to gain a seat at the international table without a stable community on the homefront. These things work in tandem. You ignore one at the peril of the other. Next term we will be continuing the excellence that in Education and the Media department that we have been delivering, and I am confident that under Civil Anarchy the Interior will come roaring back from it’s current lull and will be a match to the other Departments that are humming along so smoothly.

We are on a very good path right now. High bonuses, strong friendships, and secure borders have placed us in an enviable position in the eWorld. I am asking you to place your trust in DMJ once more for another 4 weeks of excellence. Stability and competence might not be sexy sounding qualities but when applied consistently they bring you the aforementioned results. I for one would like more prosperity. DMJ4Potus!
