Dear Swiss and all readers around to world,
I'm writing you today on behalf of my administration, first of all i would like to say thank you for elected me as President/Dictator of eSwitzerland for this month.

I know that some people are think this election is not democratic as usualy on our traditional country culture that pride of its democracy. But i can asure you we all here want to make it democracy but we wait for time to time to other candidate show up. But noone officialy run for president except me.

Show must go on, i will give you another great month and i promise you that.

And with this article as President of eSwitzerland i gladly present you our official national Seal of President of Switzerland, of course thanks to our Prime minister Blackbeard00 that made this wonderful Seal.

What this seal mean is to represent us on international so they will know that switzerland are active and humble community, they will know that our motto is true that Switzerland Here, There and Everywhere.

Work
1. Advisor will give me some advise for some event, work and new concept that i will bring to eSwitzerland the advisor will recommend me some work and some concept to our Country

2. Prime minister will in charge when i'm not around and busy for other thing, basicly Prime minister will help on MoD job and as president i will help on MoFA thing. Our prime minister will have some idea to implement to our country. And other job is he will PM newbe to join our community. Anyway he will have many work to do.

3. Our Minister of Defense will have many work this month, we need some concept on unity our MU especially NSA and Swiss Guard, on last month Rican and Mungos032 as a commnaders of MU agreed to unity the MU on one MU and make a new concept on it the commander will be CP and the 2nd Commander will be between Mungos032 and Rican or both. The commander of NSA will be the MoD or 2nd MoD to take care the MU so noone can use it for MTO or something against our country interest. Dialy publish Order for our citizen and MU DO. Search some country to have TW on NE or AS for fun, and for this you can work together with our Prime minister he will help you on it. To make new concept for new national MU and other you need to ask permition and recommendation from Rican and Mungos032.

4. Our Minister of Foreign Affair (sheldon the mad scientist) will focus on improve our relations with Slovenia and renew the NAP and Rent Agreement that we made on last month with solvenia, other work is publish international situation on eWorld togehter with me. vMoFA will focus on make ambassador for 10 country the team of ambassador is from CP/MoFA of each country recommandation so the CP/MoFA of the country that we need ambassador will give us name recommendation to be our ambassador they will have some fee and they will join our MU for 1 month, they will give us some information and we will publish the information on MoFA article. And to make some country know that we are active we need to send PM to all Dictator and CP for our cabinet and our country state as Neutral country.

5. We can have loan from donatur about 100.000 cc for 3 months and we should pay it after 3 months (6 March 2016) without interest, Our Minister of Fund, will decide on ot and think about it should we take the loan or not, but for me for 3 month at least we will have 3 true dictator medals it mean 65*3*290=56550 so we need to find other 50k cc to pay the loan. It's worth it to use and of course for ambassador fee and other event will not pay by this money but will use my own money.

6. Basicly our Minister of Education is our vMoFA and he will not focus on dealing with Education thing because last month we have it, but he will dealing with our newbe together with our Prime Minister and make some other tutorial to add more totorial on MoE article that still not publish last month.

7. Director of Immigration, together with our Prime minister, Advisor and MoD will open citizenship to bring some active citizen to our country and they will accept them if they think the applicant is not danger to our country.
