Ladies and gentlemen of the eWorld especially Norwegian citizen.

As you all know, Norway still under PTO threat so we must make sure that congress election will ready to handle by us but in case that there's possibility that we still have congress so we should have a safety precaution that we have a well known candidate for congress election..
This is only a guidance for the Party President to put his members on the top list..

TLDR : IN CASE WE NOT GET WIPE AND HAVE CONGRESS ELECTION WE SHOULD PUT A WELL KNOWN CANDIDATE ON TOP PRIORITY..
