Dear eDanes!

This month is coming to an end, and it's time to start getting ready for the next one. In this article I will shortly tell about recent news, and continue with the eDanes series.



Plato decided that eDenmark needs Mentors. I asked Kristian Klausen to apply,since he is a dane, and already interested in the matters of the young citizens. Even when we don't really think we need the program, it is still better to have a decent guy in charge. I have full trust that Klausen will be an excellent Mentor. Hopefully we will find ways to somehow utilize the program, too. If nothing else, at least Klausen will first-hand spot non-danish/english newborns in eDenmark.



We are starting a war with eGermany, in which we are supposed to be wiped. Later we will liberate the usual regions. Once the battle opens, we will need to see how eGermany fares. If they take us with ease, we can hit for DK and True Patriot. But if we do too well, we must hit for eGermany. So, we must lose, but if we are losing clearly, we can go for True Patriot. So keep your eyes open!




Presidential elections will be next week. It seems that we will have candidate and a back-up candidate. These are the same players as last month. I will be going for the Danish Full Term (3 terms) and Libertas will be there to back me up. I will publish more about my campaign in non-governmental issue again.

Gucio

The Legendary pole of eDenmark, also a former President, Gucio, found eRepublik when his friend gave him the link. This seems to be very common among eDanes! Gucio is a true man of the eWorld, as his traveller spirit has taken him from ePoland to eBeglium, eSwitzerland, eUK and finally eDenmark. Gucio relishes most becoming a Game Moderator. Well, that does seem like a nice achievement. For Gucio, everything in being eDane is the best!





Pho3nix

One of the true legends of eDenmark, a four-time Country President, Pho3nix, also came to eRepublik through a friend. He is Swede and thus he joined the game when eSweden had a chance to give eDenmark a smashing. Wait what..? He does admit that he is bit ashamed of this and that he soon switched sides and joined eDenmark. An excellent choice!

Phoenie spent first 6 months in eSweden, but after being an active in Danish Liberation he was allowed to get eDanish citizenship. He had a break from eDenmark around 2010-2011 and he moved to eGermany where he however never really got involved. Eventually he came back to eDenmark.

Best memory from eRepublik for Phoen is: "The first Danish meet-up. What an epic day. The founding father Grev Per (blessed be his name) organized most of it, which consisted of eating, drinking and talking a lot of bullshit in central Copenhagen. It's sad that most, of not all, of them have decided to quit the game. In essence; we need more meet-ups. Indeed, sounds very interesting!


Pho3nix thinks that best thing in being eDane is the flat organization and spirit of cooperation. The President is always one PM away and you'll always have a decent reply; No-one is too important to answer and each member of community counts - whether they know it or not. He also likes the result oriented style of eDanes who don't let politics get in their way. He doesn't know whether there's any other country like that in eRepublik. I agree with this perfectly!
