Mood Music: Some moving music
Last month, Congress voted to approve a second iteration of the Holdings Relocation Program. The administration held off on starting the process to ensure a change in Presidents didn’t cause a fumble on the program. So here we are, getting things running.
Program Overview
This program is to relocate existing domestic production companies to current "safe states" where Training Wars will not be held to ensure continuous production.
The following costs are eligible for reimbursement under this program:
- The cost of creating a new Holding in a designated safe state (the form mentioned below includes the full list).
- The cost of moving existing domestic companies (in a eUS region) to the new holding
The following costs are NOT eligible for reimbursement under this program:
- The cost of creating a new Holding that is not in a designated safe state
- The cost of moving companies from outside the eUS into the US
You must apply for the program before June 26th, 2020.
Process
1. Fill out this form.
2. A member of the team will contact you and provide 50% of your costs.
3. After completing the move, provide a screenshot completed move to your point of contact of the to receive your remaining payment.
It’s that easy!
Dio bless you, and Dio bless the eUnited States of America.

Is DC considered a safe state?
[removed]
No, there is a full list of the safe states on the form, it's a selection list.
Which are the safe regions?
[removed]
The form gives a list of states to choose from and is limited to the safe states.
fantastic. I already have my holdings in safe locations then. thanks!

Nicely done. Took me less than 5 minutes to submit the form.
Current "safe states" subject: not long ago the same action happened. Is it cheaper to just pay relocation of (tens of) thousands of companies every 6 to 12 months, rather than program TWs in such way that some regions are always safe? Take DC for instance (full food bonuses). I roughly counted some 2000 companies (eUS citizens only) but that does not include the non-residents, like me (200 companies). Or does it have to do with routes and proximity/vicinity of regions?
The safe states this time around are the same as last time. We are re-running the program for people who did not take advantage of it last time around.
Could have sworn D.C. was not in that list 5 days ago, as I wrote my comment (that's why I wrote it, now it makes no sense). If it wasn't added in the mean time it means I must go buy a pair of glasses.
Yep, it was added in after the initial post. DC just got missed.
Good thing I did not start relocating my companies then.
What about the citizens who have just recently moved to America and need to bring their companies with them?
From the article:
"The following costs are NOT eligible for reimbursement under this program:
[...]
- The cost of moving companies from outside the eUS into the US"
Voted!
I am a little confused. Utah is listed as safe. Yet today is occupied again
Or California, for instance, attractive given its good bonuses and (currently, at least) low pollution figures. Occupied for days and now attacked again.
Our new TW partners are evidently still getting the hang of TWs....
If the funds are not consumed .. i would like to relocate my bussines from abroad into the US 🙂
Since my question above was ignored it is apparent you won't be able to do so using this program.
Let s wait and see
This program does not cover that.

Yes. I read the article .. but moved in the first place when we got wiped in the first time for a long time . Moved to Rusia but started a ping pong war so this fu cked my bussiness .. sh!ty misfortune .
I'm already pretty close to the cap on funds now, so I don't think we'll see much excess, I'm afraid.
