You've chosen neutrality, but has neutrality chosen You?

Is the neutrality possible?

I've heard that India doesn't want to join any existing alliance in order to preserve its neutral status. But, is it possible? Can India remain neutral? Can India defeat enemy forces if stands alone? Is it possible to resist foreign influence, no matter does it come from EDEN or Phoenix, if there is no powerful ally to help and protect?
If India rejects one alliance, You will become closer with another one. If You accept to do what one alliance wants, the another one will treat You like an almost-enemy country. You've chosen neutrality, but the concept of the game itself and importance of Indian geopolitical position have chosen anything but that.

Just look to the North and East. Poland and the USA (former renter of Karnataka) are close to Indian territories. Poland rents some High regions in the USA, but has no High Iron in possession. That gives them 2 options:

1. They could attack Liaoning or the Russian regions, but it would be a harder way, because Serbia, Russia and Poland are in the same timezone. Although it's not impossible for Poland to beat them, it indeed is harder and insecure way.

2. They could start a war against India, and because they aren't in the same timezone, they could took the advantage and attack You in the inconvenient hour. Because India (at least for now) has less active players than Serbia and Russia, it's easier for Poland to reach Karnataka and other Your regions than to attack Serbia or Russia.

You can say, with every right, that some Serbian and other Phoenix players tried to PTO You, and that You are worried because You think Serbia wants to double-cross You. But just think:
Serbia already has a High Iron region, Liaoning, and doesn't need an extra one. High regions we need are not in India, bat we need to swap some territories with You in order to reach them. Also, if we have no interest in taking Karnataka from You, our biggest concern is that EDEN does not get it. So, we will try to stop EDEN to get Karnataka, and if we don't need it, then, we are going to help You to keep it Yours.
Just remember, when Poland attacks You and conquer Karnataka, Serbia and Phoenix will come to help You. We did the same when France was put to its knees and divided between Poland and Spain, although France was not a member of Phoenix.

And now about the unsuccessful PTO. If Serbian Government states that pro-Phoenix PTO of India is not considered a good move, will You start not to consider us Your enemies, if You do not want to think about us as friends?
