Why you should Work for

Day 5,612, 16:33 Published in Canada Canada by Natster

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying work for pennies. You should still make decent money for your work. However, many of us are not aware that when you work for a wage, you add to the average salary of Canadian citizens. It is better to work as it were, for minimum wage and have the balance of your wage be transferred to you.

Administratively, employers do have a problem with that because it is a bit harder to manage. That being said, it's not impossible. The way I do it, is all my employees work for minimum wage and I transfer them planes for their work. I'm not limited to that, but paying everyone the same makes it easier. I would be able to pay people differently at different ways if I had more time.

Now, the average wage is how are Wam (work as manager) is calculated. Currently, our work tax is $32.34. our average wage is 3234. This means most of the 200+ citizens are working for a salary. We need less people working the normal amount and working for the minimum amount with the rest of the normal amount being transferred the next day.

So, mathematically it looks like this:
Work for $4 and have $4210 transferred to you the next day.
Both the employer and employee come ahead as less money is been taken from both entities.

Basically, The lower our average wage, the lower our wam is.
