What should ePakistan stand for?

for what we wish to be a reality...

Salaam/ Hey to all my Country-folk,

Before I begin, I have to stress that this is a game. A game to enjoy above all.

Having said that, it is also an opportunity.

An opportunity to make something better instead of imitating reality as we most often choose to do.

I see ePakistan now and frankly speaking, it seems to have deteriorated to something horrible, which is not just disturbing but depressing.

Pakistan, in reality, is a country rich with culture, tradition and a diversity that is beautiful to behold.

And yet. Here we are. ePakistan in all its glory. Disgusting really, how far this eCommunity has fallen. It's aboriginals and immigrants alike do no service to it.

Even though I'm not one to promote discrimination between RL Pakistanis and just EL ones, I have to say that the RL Pakistanis are not doing their country proud, myself included.

I didn't come here to accuse because who hasn't contributed to it's fall? No matter what the reasoning or justification each one of us is at fault.

I left for lots of reasons, above all the dirty politics being played (by our very own RL Pakistanis as well), hoping that if I left maybe they would concentrate on whatever they 'planned' to do for the benefit of ePakistan.

A more misconceived notion there never was.

However, the past, as is its nature, is in the past. And, frankly speaking, now is the time to put an end to this despicable display that has been going on ePakistan.

I see no new citizens participating which is such a shame, because this society has become stagnant.

Stagnant & Stale.

I'm not going to ask for Unity because there is no such thing when the active people are so set upon on abusing and creating conflict.

But I will ask that those people who are actually willing to help ePak to step up. Not just write abusive, threatening comments and what not, but actually be constructive. Is that too much to ask?

If you can't be honest, patriotic (as soooo many people claim to be) in such a game...then what are you in real life?

And by step-up, I don't mean just clicking a 'vote' button here, passing a 'comment' there. Actually DO something.

People say: "What can we do? We have no Power, no Authority?"
What a laugh.

This is a game, my friends.
There are no limits and the people that control you have only as much Power as you give them. Think about that.

Yours in humility,
Sparky
