What are non paying players not understanding

I recently saw a comment from COB along the lines of the power pack destroyed the game. Now the power pack was not the first pack introduced nor was it the last. So how this player came to that conclusion is beyond me. I have 73 factories in Serbia, 75 in Idaho, 82 in Ireland,73 in Portugal and 81 in Washington a total of 384 factories. To work in all I require about 3720 energy as 12 are not wam factories . In the old game before blitzkrieg 3180 of my energy was provided by buildings leaving me about 500 natural energy but without packs it would be about 1100 .
Now pre power pack there also was no weekly energy recovery bonus so we gathered energy at 10 energy per 6 minutes basically 100 energy per hour a total of 2400 energy per day.
But we could only cap up to 1100 so in the morning i would need to work and get 111 factories done then 10 hours later about 6 pm again and then say at 12 I could do another 60 factories = 111+111 + 60 = 282 factories. Leaving several factories dormant

Now what the power pack did is increase the rate my energy regenerate by 20 every 6 minutes therefore 300 per hour x 24 = 7200 per day. Now with that I could not only work in my factories but also fight. Later on they introduced the 10 energy regenerate to all players free or paying thereafter I could regenerate 9600 energy. They the later introduced blitzkrieg that added 2000 building to my energy so making my energy storage now 3680
The favorite word of a weak player is nerf. Nerf the feature and keep it low so that we all remain relatively on the same weak level as me. Cob had the same opportunity to adjust her game and to buy factories. She has plenty more bh medals than me and raced in 3 months to level 100. So there was no need to keep her experience down. Yet she complains.
This is not an attack on her but on this viewpoint that keeps on lingering in the game. A game company need money like any business do. A game company can only make money by selling ads/making the game subscriber based or by selling paying customers an advantage over other players that improves their gaming experience. Power pack makes this game faster for me. The lower energy regeneration made it a tremendously slow dull game. In fact in my opinion they should just make it a 40 energy regeneration per 6 min game for all. 20 is still better for low level players who dont work in factories. In my opinion this is a fair policy as it in fact let each player , player play his game according to his needs and abilities.
Since with factories we have a small profit base and need massive production to be profitable. Why cap that?
So please younger players(those that just started). Ignore most of the negativity . As I have shown in this article its mostly based on a point of view that makes absolute no sense to anyone that use these packs or to most that dont even.
COB: game is broken since PP pack, which changed the game mechanic for players who bought it.
and with this first breach, they just follow to propose packs which change the game mechanics if you pay for it.
we don't have the same rules in the same game, that's ridiculous, but surely lucrative

first packs was ok, even blitzkrieg pack can be ok. tycoon pack maybe, i didn't really put a view on it.
i was referring to packs that clearly break the normal game mechanics, giving to the buyer an extra rule which overwhelm the non buyers.

raced in 3 month to lvl 100? no boy i played at least a yeard under lvl 36, old div 3. i just began to lvl up afster after i sacrificed myself to give the best shield and 500gold for ireland in the shield tournament.
game mechanics is not written in stone argue'ing along the line of it gave the buyer and extra rule which overwhelm the non buyer. is meaningless and shows me the level of your game strategy. normal players get 200 energy per day buyer gets 400 but this do not affect eb's sure they can gather energy faster but if you mean the one can fight more than the other. sure but that is why a game sells advantages. in the west a non buyer could load 2 jobs at a time a buyer 4 jobs or 8 hours in tribal wars a buyer could upgrade 3 buildings simultaneously a non buyer could only upgrade 1. this fixes the game for factory owners.
usually a game eliminate schlep and that is why this was implemented as well.
but to return to fighting. it still depends on your strength how much hits you need for a certain damage. if the non buyer has 3 times the strength he can in every battle score more damage than the buyer.

yes because i have 384 factories like i pointed out. if you dont have 384 factories then 20 energy regeneration might be fine for you. its only boring because i have a massive energy consumption.

thye made an event few years ago when we had a huge regen nrgy, but huge like 100+/6min
don't remember wich one but during this event (it was before they change div) lot of players level up drastically.

Actually main problem is you having 384 factories , because of that new industries don't have WAM option ( therefore nerfed 🙂 ) If you didn't have such option, you'd close raw and low Q factories.
Thing is game runs on a stupid pack cycle ( bought packs are exchanged for CC then this CC is exchanged back as CO, so people fight for the sake of fighting , because you know people fight) . Admin has no doubt that remnant players are hooked and embraced core loop fanatically. Instead of trying impossible , it is both lucrative and no brainer to tailor game for whales as packs are now Giffen product in order to sustain this "fighting for no reason" cycle.
This game even offers "experience inhibitor" which is against very rules of MMO (advancement is good) and cardinal rule of gamification (a good progress bar never ends) As I always say I have deep respect for people managing to get pleasure from this game, it's something I am unable for few years.

Well from my POV, you get packs to turn a slow dull game into fast dull game 🙂 Because I couldn't care less about eRep's core loop which is only about battle for a very long while, rest are illusion.
Especially after CO feature, it doesn't matter who you fight for or against or even the result of battle. All that matters is fighting which is matter of clicks.
Probably deep down, you know it is quite dull so was expecting mini game for airplanes 🙂
Or you could really not care and/or not spend real money on imaginary money.
