We're broke, war is on the horizon and tax revenues aren't what they once were. Military funding is spotty at best and non existent at worst. Our MPP stack is depleted but not for lack of willing parties. Whats the #1 reason we keep hearing? Well....WE'RE BROKE. That's why I find it hard to believe I'm having such a difficult time drumming up support for a proposal witch is intended to utilize an untapped and forgotten source of revenue that we already have at our disposal. Whats that you say? National Organisations.

For those that don't already know a national org is not confined by the 10 gold/day rule and are technically owned by the eCan executive (currently Wally Clever). I say technically because firstly they will transfer to the next CP following the next elections and because the use of these orgs is not limited to the CP, anyone can use them given the proper sign in information. However, the current CP can, at any time, request the password information from the admins. Bypassing the 10 gold/day rule opens up opportunity for investors with a little time on their hands to make a mint speculating on the monetary market. Here's the kicker, according to Jacobi we have as many as 24 sitting unused. My proposal, originally posted in congress (and slightly refined), is as follows.

"I will make a 50,000cc donation to the treasury and I ask that it be deposited into an org. Give me access to said org for one week on a trail basis and we'll see by how much I'm able to grow that total. I'm confident it will be significant and in the end I will compile a report outlining potential for profit, potential pitfalls and anything else deemed relevant. We can then use the findings to promote these vacant orgs for rental agreements to interested investors. If it is as Jacobi says and there are as many as 2 dozen orgs. there is major potential here for revenue. For example I'm pretty confident in saying that I would be comfortable paying 5000cc/week in rent and still be able to turn a significant profit. Say for example we were able to rent out just 10 of these orgs at that rate, revenue would be 50000cc/week or 200000cc monthly. That's 20 MPP's without touching tax revenue. As MaryChan said the password for any given org. can be reset at any time so if someone misses there rent you can simply evict."

Now, I shouldn't say I haven't had any support, a handful of congressmen have expressed an interest. I approached the speaker and he suggested to me that this was not a matter that required a vote in congress and that the CP should be approached directly. I reached out to Walley for his thoughts on my proposal but alas, no response what so ever.

So, in conclusion, I have two questions.

The first is for the general population;

Would you be interested in renting a national org and being able to buy and sell an unlimited amount of gold/day?

The second is for the candidates in the upcoming election (currently El Pato Diablo, Simon Boucher-Ruest)

Will you allow me to do some research into weather or not this is a viable option for eCanada to generate some revenue?

Thank you for reading,

I hope you enjoyed the tunes check back next time.
