TARIJA, Bolivia---WAR
An unprovoked war was declared by Chile on Bolivia today. We Bolivians did not want it, but sometimes things happen beyond our controll. Hopefully some last minute negotiations between AHA and Minister of Foreign Affairs Arjay Phoenician can forstall any attack by Chile on our proud nation. I call on all Bolivians to come together and put aside any disagreements to help save our nation in this troubled time. We can work out our problems later, now we need unity.
