David has been helpful in Congress before so he got 2nd spot

Caconym has a horrible name so he got 3rd spot, Dio Dio Dio

I have no idea who he is so he gets last.

I have also decided to support The DarkKnight for his Presidential run, and not run myself because I'm tiring of the position.
