I know how we can win.

Things look pretty bleak right now. Here's the current sad state(s) of affairs:

But it is pretty obvious that with a few well-placed RW's and some imagination we can achieve Total Victory. Here is how:

First, we must RW Iowa and then Missouri, and also South Carolina back from Pig-Disgusting-Spain.

Then, we RW Tennessee. This is not a critical part of the plan.

Next, we need Pennsylvania and NY, and NJ from Poland in three more essential RW's, so be sure and follow DoD orders to move there and fight.

OK. So far so good. Now this is the most important part.

Using one of Pfeiffer's well-placed Multi-Spies in the Spanish Government, we get Pig-Disgusting-Spain to attack Pennsylvania, New York, and NJ, and we LOSE ON PURPOSE. I know this does not sound reasonable, but this is STRATEGY, so you have to be patient.
