Al suroeste de Jerusalén se encuentra un valle que a simple vista parece un accidente geográfico mas del lugar. Pero lleno de historias antiguas. Un lugar que sería base para uno de los relatos mas conocidos de la tradición judeo-cristiana.

En este lugar, el valle de Elah, se enfrentaron hace muchos años en una guerra desigual y con resultado sorprendente, por la diferencia de fuerzas en ambos lados, la tribu de los filisteos con el pueblo judío. La batalla es mejor conocida por el enfrentamiento de David y Goliat.
