I disagree most profitable is Fishery. It gives You 125 FRAW for 10g, Two Fisheries will give you 250 FRAW and will cast 20g. You save 15G.
Of course Fishery allow to hire only 1 person, but Hiring isn't profitable.
Next disadvantage of 2 fishery is 2 experience points for work, but it' doesn't mater in division 2,3,4.
