Things go way up / things go way down

First of all with the new changes, EChina started producing masively raw material(that is a good thing for me),second it's not necesary to work with 100 life points to get maximum production(olso a good thing,because i spent a fortune to hire 51 employees who worked constantly with over 80well).Now you can hire enybody and if he work's he will produce his maximum skill.Here is the tricky part...everybody produces way to much now so prices went way down, and with no reasonable explication, managers started to pump up salaries way up, olthough with the price of raw going down, the profit is spelled BANKRUPTCY. Why offer salaries with the lost of 10CNY per worker? Do the math...Now all my employes are fired...they don't produce enough to pay even their salary...Yesterday i selled all my products in Romania,but now the market is going down there too, altough it dosen't have bonuses as EChina...
I decidet do work solo for a wile...
Lost too much money to find good workers,now had to fire them because there are no good workers anymore on the market...
