The Story Behind - Avatar

Hello everyone , and welcome to the second article of “The Story Behind”. As you may have noticed the first article did really well and I got some very interesting answers from you. I would like that to continue so we can produce a “dialogue” through the comments. Today's subject is avatars. We all pick our avatar based on something , maybe it's RL based or it's based to in-game decisions.



I will give you my point of view , picking the avatar I use.





The Story Behind :

Well , the person in the image is a fictional character from an anime I recently watched.His name is Kaneki Kun. I won't spoil anything about the anime (TokyoGhoul) so feel free to read furthermore. What is interesting about kaneki (at least for me) is his character. A child who reach the point that needs to grow up and make decisions , yet there is a fight inside him between 2 physical states (human-ghoul). He can't be what he was because his life sucked but being strong and make decisions for himself can be difficult aswell. The struggle to keep his brain in balance becomes more difficult to achieve as his second nature can not be exposed to normal humans. The world seems once again a place he doesn't belong to , so he is forced to create his own world through his actions.




That's what I can see through my avatar and how I explain my choice to myself. Some of you may have watched this anime and may agree or disagree with me. As I said it's all personal so I would like to read your comment include your point of view. Also explain your avatars in the comments aswell.
