In EN:
"1- Return Charrua to Uruguay;
2- Uruguai cant have or extend MPPs with EDEN members and Argentina;
3 - Brasil e Uruguai wont declare NE to each other;
4- Neutrality in eventual wars between neigbours;
5- This NAP will be valid until the end of the current CPs terms (05 march 2013)"
If you agree, I think our Congress wont have any trouble to approve it.

que raro brasil. no puede ni hacerle un rasguño a china. entonces decide pelear contra un rival de su liga: uruguay ( no... en realidad uruguay tiene muchos menos jugadores y aliados. brasil debería jugar en una liga superior me parece). o sino parece que por ese mpp piensan atacar a argentina. obviamente con la ayuda de chile y cot porque sino no les daría las bolas tampoco.
