The Bastards of Liberty are please to announce our endorsement for POTUS. With 88% of the vote, the Bastards have overwhelmingly voted to endorse...

No one.

The Bastards have spoken loud and clear that they do not see either of the candidates who sought our endorsement as the right choice to lead America forward, and judging from comments made regarding candidates who chose not to seek our endorsement, it is highly unlikely those candidates would have changed anyone's vote either.

There is a clear desire for change and respectability in the highest office, something which has been lacking for quite some time. Sometimes we got one but not the other, more often we got neither. And the current crop of candidates have not inspired the Bastards to think they can deliver on either count.

Let this serve as a call to action, to those who might otherwise stay out of the fray. This country is in dire need of leaders who will put the country above all else (including personal agendas), who can restore our good name abroad, and bring together the various factions of this country. Someone who will not be beholden to any person or group of people, but to the populace as a whole. It's time for the good, honest, hard-working eUS citizens to stand up and take the country to new heights. Show what can happen when you don't stand on the sidelines. Get to Congress. Serve in the cabinets. And run for President. This country needs you.
