That Time of the Month

Day 2,331, 09:10 Published in Ireland USA by Raven Anarcho

Presidents throughout the world state their aims, while a South American nation saves for an airstrike. Two allies renew their pact of friendship while the qualifying round of a global competition continues.

LATE FOR THE PARTY

Colombia's president has confirmed in his recent presidential address that Colombia is saving for an airstrike. They, like many nations, are already prepared financially, and only have less than half of the energy requirement left. Their common rival, Chile, has stampeded throughout Europe since mid-March, while most nations that performed in airstrikes recently have been forced out. It is uncertain who their target will be at this point, but most will predict a European target.

THAT TIME OF THE MONTH

Its that time of the month everyone. You know, the time when all the presidents release their plans for this term. Due to NAPs with Sweden and Norway, Germany intends to focus more on damage distribution this term for Aurora. France intends on gaining more support from Asteria in its future endeavors, while giving everything they have to gaining a congress this next term. Meanwhile, the Netherlands intends on merging their state military units and improving their commune system.

THE ALPINE TREATY

Switzerland and Italy have renewed their Alpine Treaty. The pact is more so to encourage better relations between the two nations, who have been allies for some time. The treaty acts as an NAP, while establishing guaranteed meetings between the two nations to keep eachother informed. The treaty also encourages assistance in any ATO efforts needed.

THE EWORLD CUP CONTINUES

The eWorld Cup is in the fourth day of qualifying. Currently the teams that lead their groups are Serbia, Poland, Argentina/Bulgaria, Ireland, Slovenia/Canada, Finland, Romania, Chile/France, Belarus/Italy, and Greece. Ireland will not be playing until the next qualifying day, which takes place over the course of actual 7 days. Ireland won their last match against Colombia, with goals scored by Irish Botty Booter, BiednyMis, Nerusia, and Rafaia. Latest updates are here.

MY CURRENT MISSION

I've taken a huge step back from a lot of things in game, with exception to the ILP leadership and the babyboom project primarily. I started and left a third job over my "spring break" last week, so I've had little time to do anything but the DO occasionally. From here, I'll be continuing to fight for Ireland when needed, and our occupied historical allies like Canada as well.
