Sweden's Economy Compared With Europe

Day 1,454, 09:45 Published in Sweden Sweden by C.Nilsson

Hello, if you read this i assume you have atleast a moderate interest in economics. In this article i will enlighten you on how Sweden is in comparison to the rest of Europe. In my last article i just simply brought up the wages and how mutch a gold cost of the local currency. This time im taking Volckers suggestion about also compare it with the market prices, i choice to use Q5 Weapons to compare the marketprices. To make this even more interesting i will also bring up VAT, show you the result of it. To some extend i will also bring up "black market".

I have compared 13 European nations, i got very intresting data who i know intend to show you. First of i intend to show you the wages of these 13 nations and compare this to there Monitary Market. By doing this you will know what there gold has for value so you can se how long it takes to work on there market in order to gain one gold. As you can se im dividing the value of the gold with the wages to se how long it takes to gain one gold. (Nations are put in order from most profitible to least prifitible)

France: 1224,39/346,4 = 3,53 days to earn 1 Gold
Polan😛 505,09/113,56 = 4,44 days to earn 1 Gold
Hungary: 1002,99/199,2 = 5,03 days to earn 1 Gold
Turkey: 761,4/132,14 = 5,76 days to earn 1 Gold
UK: 1148,39/198,65 = 5,78 days to earn 1 Gold
Serbia: 500/83,06 = 6,01 days to earn 1 Gold
Spain: 1085,2/179,24 = 6,05 days to earn 1 Gold
Romania: 1014,69/150,27 = 6,75 days to earn 1 Gold
Sweden: 1235,39/180 = 6,86 days to earn 1 Gold
Norway: 1167,99/145,86 = 8 days to earn 1 Gold
Estonia: 1234,86/126,42 = 9,76 days to earn 1 Gold

(Latvia and Italy was not counted due to extreme numbers) So as you can se Sweden is a very unprofitable country to work in. This analysis was made during a time when the job market were very elastic but every nation is affected in the same way so the numbers still reflect the country.(Becuse of the new mission)

So now we know that for a worker it takes 6,86 days to earn enough to get 1 Gold in Sweden. but know we must move on to se what can we get for this gold in each country. So to do this i have looked at the prices of Q5 Weapons in all these nations. Well i cant say the result was chocking but non the less upsetting.

So here you can se how mutch Q5 Weapons you can get for 1 gold in the respective countrys. (As before, the most profitible nation on topp and the unprofitable below) to calculate this i take the value of 1 gold in there currency and divide it with the price of one Q5 Weapons. To not bore you to mutch i will make this one a bit easier to understand then the last one but if you want the exact figures i can send them to you.

Polan😛 1 Gold = 36,76 Q5 Weapons (They can buy 36,76 Q5 on there market)
Hungary: 1 Gold = 35,66 Q5 Weapons
Serbia: 1 Gold = 35,21 Q5 Weapons
Estonia: 1 Gold = 34,13 Q5 Weapons
Spain: 1 Gold = 32,94 Q5 Weapons
Turkey: 1 Gold = 32,93 Q5 Weapons
UK: 1 Gold = 31,93 Q5 Weapons
Romania: 1 Gold = 30,93 Q5 Weapons
France: 1 Gold = 30,69 Q5 Weapons
Sweden: 1 Gold = 29,97 Q5 Weapons
Latvia: 1 Gold = 29,88 Q5 Weapons
Norway: 1 Gold = 29,82 Q5 Weapons
Italy: 1 Gold = 28,43 Q5 Weapons

So here you can se how mutch Q5 Weapons you can afford with 1 Gold in all of these countrys. What i find intresting is that Sweden is very low on both of these, this meens it takes long time to earn one gold and when you have one gold you cant buy so mutch with it.

Now its time to involve VAT into this mess, Vat is a taxe who takes a % of the money on all the things sold on the market, for example weapons. A country can choice there own rate of VAT, people have very diffrent opinions regarding how to best benefit this country. Today Sweden has a VAT rate at 25 % at food and Weapons. To give you some perspective i have loked up the average of these 13 countrys, the average VAT is 9,46 %. This meens Sweden has 264 % higher VAT then the average of these nations.

Here i will give you the VAT on all of these nations. (Only on the Weapons) I will make this in order of the nation with highest VAT first.

Sweden: 25 % VAT
Italy: 15 % VAT
Norway: 11 % VAT
Estonia: 10 % VAT
Latvia: 10 % VAT
UK: 10 % VAT
France: 10 % VAT
Romania: 10 % VAT
Spain: 9 % VAT
Serbia: 6 % VAT
Turkey: 5 % VAT
Hungary: 1 % VAT
Polan😛 1 % VAT

Now if you think about it look at the 3 nations who is in topp of having high VAT. Now look were these natons are on the other lists. There are very low... This is one of the reasons to all of this, VAT can be a contributing factor to Swedens not so great economy.

I am well aware of the pros from having a high VAT, we earn money from Plato becuse he buys to a fixed prices who is unchanged despite high VAT. But this is conected to the resent incresse in black market trading. People "exchange" there money for lets say Weapons to avoid taxes. This has become moraly acceped to do and there is even channels were it is encouraged. The big "problem" with black market is that its is comletly dominated by people who sells Q5 weapons or Food. So for new people with lets say Q1 or Q2 are unable to take advantage of this, and they rarely even know about this. They come there with there poor wage and look at the official market and relises just how litle there money is worth. I have encontured plenty of new players (invites) who said they have too little money to simply fight.

Now its probably clear that i have an agenda, i think a taxereduction is not only smart, its the right thing to do. Sweden may not be this weak in practice but on paper we are. We are unable to compete with the big guys and i think a reduction in VAT would give us a benefit. And the fact that we are gaining more SEK then this game allows us to use is something we need to do something about.
