To sum up the last 9 days in Congress, I was appointed Speaker and we voted on who can be Chairman of the Amassador Corps. A few MPPs and an embargo were passed.

"we voted on who can be Chairman" not to be confused with "we voted on who will be Chairman" ~ not that the difference will matter that much
Aren't the real interesting parts of what goes on in Congress actually the stuff that doesn't get voted on ~ like MU funding transfers. A penny saved is a Congress earned.
