So I am now under censure from the Congress Ceann Comhaire

So before having to publish such an apology I intend to appeal this decision and to pursue this I have asked for some information from Elite C...

1. What is the appeal procedure?

2. Can I have a copy of the standing orders please

3. And a details list of each of instances refered to here "Also, having investigated several complaints against your comments, I also find this is a repeated offense"

When I think of all the abuse and downright lies directed at me over and over in Congress I am absolutely flabbergasted that some of the people doing this to me have such thin skins when mild comments are directed back at them.

However when I get a copy of the standing orders (does this exist?) I will be asking the CC to treat them with the same severity.

Unless of course it is one rule for them and one rule for me...which at this time is what appears to be the case.

Now funny thing is Congress was never informed of these rules or Standing Orders. So It was either I missed it or Elite just made them up.

What he did post was a small paragraph with a few rules into it at the start of Congress.

So it appears The CC introduces rules today and I am held breach of them and punished in line with them for actions in the days before. (not that I accept this) and I am unable to appeal.

So when the punished me then made up rules to justify it...when I then told people I am in breach of the constitution.

I presented a list of examples of transgressions to the CC and he did nothing...seems it is only me.

Anyway not like Congress is consulted in anything these day anyway.

Elite C has just made them up - this was never discussed in Congress.
Elite C is applying them to occurrences before they were made up - this is clearly against any fair legal system.

Have to say if I was part of the Dictatorship ruling eIreland now I too would be delighted to have such a compliment CC

Unfortunately for me I just want the normal democracy where everyones viewpoint is heard and when you elect people to office 1. They fulfill the office fairly and 2. Others respect that.

On both counts the Cromega/dictator/CC alliance fails

Hmm. I missed all the fuss over what happened.

But I do not see anywhere in the rules where you can not say what happened. The rules say the CC does not have to notify anyone but I read nowhere that you can not.
