OFFICIAL CONTEST RESULTS:

Troll Spain Contest (U Mad?)

The following were announced as the prize package:
A Grand Prize of 30 Q5 Tanks will be awarded to the winner.
A Second Place Prize of 15 Tanks will be awarded, and
A Third Place Prize of 5 Tanks will also be awarded.

Oblige then offered an additional 50 Tanks to the package.

After judging the entries, I ended up with a two-way tie for 1st, then a two-way tie between 3rd and 4th, and then one point separating 5th and 6th places. After thinking this through, I've decided to award the prizes in the following configuration:

2 Grand Prizes of 30 Tanks each
2 Runner up Prizes of 15 Tanks each, and
2 Consolation prizes of 5 tanks each.

Entries were judged on a 10 point scale using the following parameters:

Humor - 30 possible points
Graphics - 20 possible points
Formatting - 20 possible points
Originality - 20 possible points
Grammar/Syntax - 5 possible points
Votes - 3 possible points
Linking to this article - 2 possible points

TOTAL - 100 possible points

A Bonus of up to 5 points was available if anyone somehow also incorporated an additional tidbit about a famously traitorous Citizen of the eUSA.

The two Grand Prizes were awarded for the following articles which each achieved 88 total points:

The two Runner-up Prizes were awarded for the following articles which each achieved 79 points:
