This will be a story telling of an alternate history set in 1936 Russia where the German Empire won world war 1, the Bolsheviks lost the revolution and Kerensky stayed in power. This article will be the prologue.

It's a dark time for Kerensky's Russia. The recent decision by the German Empire to push forward payment of reparations agreed upon in the Brest-Litovsk peace treaty forced Russia to enact a drastically reduced budget for an armed forces and existing social system. Such financial austerity, even if needed, combined with a stagnating economy has brought dire conditions to Russia and pushed the country to the verge of general unrest and economic collapse. With the government barley able to control the streets of Moscow and Saint Petersburg let alone the rest of the country, things are looking bad for Russia however, unseen forces are waiting in the wings and ready to make their move.
Trigger the "Russian Constitution of 1918" event.

Ottomans Control Libya and majority of the middle east ans half of Saudi Arabia. Their army is small, poorly funded and equipped, and weak. They are facing numerous rebellions from the Kurds, to Cypriot and Libyan Nationalists. They rely heavily on economic aid from Germany. There is a group of nations including the Independent Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, and Yemen seeking to claim and gain Ottoman lands militarily. They have a rough and difficult road ahead of them!

Have you ever read an Australian author John Birmingham, he has done a couple of alternative history books. He tends to write them as a trilogy

Weapons of choice, nice trilogy , I always thought that the writer was brit but my favourite novel in that genre is Philip K. Dick's "The Man in the High Castle"
Mac I am reading his latest trilogy, but an underworld that comes up to earth. I think it is the third trilogy series he has written.
