Romanians Help!

We are in the process of getting our first ally, the Romanians. I found this out from one of the powerful Romanian soldiers who I am in contact with. Trade and help to them should be encouraged so we can maintain this relationship. It is good that we have a strong country on our side, fighting against a super power, China. A group of 15-20 powerful people will be helping soon.
