Provincial administrators and the more aggressive eRepublik

Day 3,078, 03:05 Published in Serbia Ireland by Releasethe Krakken

We all know that some of our taxes will now be determined by what we call provincial administrators.

Players’ Companies will no longer travel with them. Companies will be established on firm ground and benefit from the bonuses of the Region/Country they are based in. Taxes will be calculated accordingly and Companies will be subject to trade embargos once again. Players will get to decide where to base their current Companies.

Region specific taxes will follow enabling a higher taxation of occupied territories as spoils of war. As a next step we will be looking at the introduction of Regional Governments with elected officials.

This is a bit weird. First off Plato talks about enabling a higher taxation of occupied territories as spoils of war - Therefore occupier sets taxes.

but talks about a second step the introduction of regional governments with elected officials. - So here we are talking about region specific elections. We must assume only native citizens will be able to vote in these elections.

So therefore they will set the taxes.

What I assume is that Scenario 1:if a region is unoccupied elections can be held in it and a regional goverment can be appointed by the local people.

Scenario 2: Once it is occupied the occupier will be able to appoint a regional administrator to run the region and appoint officials or will be able to set taxes on his own.

or Scenario 3: The occupied region will hold an election whereby the occupier's populace can run for election.

What Plato is doing is a Tribal Wars kinda scenario where bigger alliances could take over a world completely. It happened on 1 world there. And they had an endgame.

So what Plato wants is uber aggressive countries like Serbia perhaps(I am not certain)that will occupy region after region extending its footprint and reign over say Europe.

With spoils of war taxation countries like the USA will no doubt want to extend its idiotic taxation policies to the entire North America and smaller countries in South America/Europe.

If we take the current USA taxation all taxes is divided by 51 so 1 region makes

135000 / 51 = 2647 cc per region per day

Serbia makes on average 300000 from its own citizens so it makes

300000 /8 = 37500 cc per region per day

A small country like Ireland makes on average 1348 per day or currently 337 per region although it seems they are hitting now closer to 2100 which makes their taxes 500 per region.

Belguim makes 630 per day and currently have no regions. Hence the small total Even when they had it probably would be around Irelands 700.
Furthermore how to we adjust our strategy for this new change.

Lets look at it Ireland per region 350 cc benefit. Taken it per region 350 can buy you 20 weapons all 6 thier regions 120 Q7 weapons 😃

But we know the cowards way most big countries follow the path of least resistance. not true online gamers but posers protected by their numbers. In short in a 1 on 1 game you would be made mince meat by the serious and even a moderately serious gamer like me. So the question I will pose to Serbia will you ever be the tamed lion living on rabbits and dove or will you hunt a proper target.

In essence this is what Plato now are telling you. Rest on your laurels or attack the entire world and even raise your income to 1 million per day.

Guess we will see.
