I'm part of this wonderful country since September 10th 2014 and even back then Juve Leo caught my eye but only in a weird way.
But everything changed with the party elections on October 15th.

Just before the elections I saw him running as only party president of a small party which name I already forgot unfortunately. He "won" the elections and immediately renamed it to All Nigeria Peoples Party. That was the point of time this PTOer showed his true face. He also started to PM nearly every political active citizen and asked them to join his party and also offered money and weapons. Additionally he published articles where he offered money and weapons (and later even extremely high salary) to all members of his party. In my opinion this is bribing to get members and votes.
During Nigeria was held captive by Argentina and Greece he continued his article spamming.

As next party elections were coming closer the vice president of All Negeria Peoples Party Hunnensohn ran as party president. Also another weird person named NigerBoy appeared out of nowhere and kissed up to Juve. Shortly before the November party elections NigerBoy ran as president of Nigeria Arise and "won" again as its sole candidate.
Many already believed that Juve and NigerBoy are the same person but affairs between party and congress election made this very clear.
Before party elections Juve was baiting new 'yes' men for his party by offering 300 Q7 weapons to each member of his party as soon as they reach 20 members.
Keep in mind that at this time even NigerBoy spread this weapon offer her his newly acquired party ANPP All Nigeria Peoples party (formerly known as Nigeria Arise). And somewhere down the comments Juve talked about NigerBoy's party being 'his party'.
Most of Juve's followers followed him to the new ANPP and obviously the weapon distribution started. But according to voices from within the party, Juve's and NigerBoy's spam comments under every article and a google doc sheet created by Juve himself the weapons where going to be shipped in stacks of 10, e.g. it would take a minimum of 30 days and until now only his closest followers (some probably also his multis) received donations first and only 2 distributions have been shipped within 12 days!
One of his own party members, although quite young, asked when he is going to receive weapons and got red listed immediately. As he last checked this yound fellow is still in NigerBoys party, probably in hope he still might receive a part of the promised 300 Q7 weapons.
During my research I come accross dead links to newspaper articles that Juve obviously deleted meanwhile for reasons already unknown but most probably easily remove unwanted comments from a handful of his opposers. One of his reasons was that the title of the article is no longer valid. There is no real reason to delete old articles but to hide something.

And now he made his new PTO move. He renamed his newspaper and claims to be the current party president of United Nigeria and is already running as party president there.

These facts and many more things that I didn't mention only show that Juve is a PTOer, scammer, multi-user, liar and being a bad choice for our wonderful Nigeria.
I can only urge his baited followers to open their eyes and leave Juve's/NigerBoy's party and search a new political home.
