We've been at war for 5 consecutive days. War in real life is a sad reality which does not have to exist. But in this game since you cannot die War is kind of fun and it helps that you get stronger as you fight.
War brings the community together. More people come online when the UK is fighting. Any fighting actually helps the UK.
Small countries are not weak. A great example of this would be singapore which has held off attacks by indonesia while singapore is the least populated country in the game and Indonesia the 18th most populated. Higher than us. This shows that fighting and experience can be more important than raw numbers. Quality is extremely important in this game.
We are stronger at then end of these 5 days since the fighting has improved the quality of our soldiers.

The captured territories provide a fraction of the income. The main boost comes from the EUK economy. This is because more people are paying vat to buy food and weapons to fight. This is good for the economy.

Fighting is good for our economy. We need to fight more. Please tell the politicians that War is a good thing.
Everyone has told me that the Canada-Ireland War is a training War. But what I want to bring to you is the fact that we now have an opportunity to invade Canada on the pretext of it threatening us. Canada is a sworn enemy of the UK. We can take 3 territories from Canada. Nunavut, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. This will also help project the USA because there will then be one continuous land-bridge to Europe.
Even if we lose our territories our economy will still be boosted by the increased spending that correlates with wars. Also because of the resource bonuses we will be benefited even more. Even if we fail to capture one of their territories it will distract them and will help the US. Meanwhile it will boost our economy.

There's more to war than just the economy. We have to maintain relationships with our neighbors, which means we can't just fight willy nilly. Consideration is especially important since we are such a small country. We only recently relied on Poland to bail us out and we need to make sure that we don't become a hindrance to the alliance otherwise we may find us surrounded by only enemies.
erep is a close knitted economy, there's no point about talking 'local national increases'...
On the other hand, more activity, precisely more demand, means higher prices. Perhaps work tax has risen due to the need to finance own's missions.
