MPP? NAP? Future Alliance?!

Day 2,883, 04:22 Published in Romania Romania by Raul Doru

This morning eRepublik was awaken by an article published on ORG Narodna Banka na Makedonija, about an understanding between Bulgaria - FYROM - Serbia - Hungary.

Now, the article is written in macedonian language, so I did not understand exactly what's it all about.

The Spanish current dictator, Lord Doel, reacted with another article, translating the original one in Spanish. But he used the Google translate version (which I checked first) and it is not very accurate.

From either version, one could not tell if the understanding between those countries it's a NAP or it is about signing MPPs. And there is something else that Google translate provide😛 "This pact ... will prove to be stable and solid alliance between the countries that sign...". Poor English, but still. If the term "alliance" is accurate translation it will be interesting to know what the author meant. And what the other 3 countries (especially Serbia) are thinking about that (it's true, it's reliable, it's a fact etc.).

But let's talk a little bit about it.
1. If it is a NAP, doesn't mean anything. It's not the first and it won't be the last. And definitely won't mean that players from that countries that don't like eachother won't have the possibility to fight against one of that countries. So, it's more like a politic statement, without notable military effects.

2. If it is about signing MPPs (which I doubt, but we will see, because till now no such proposals have been made), interesting things will happen. We already have a first reaction of Spain and other important reaction will be those of Chile and Indonesia. And, again, other questions arise: will Poland jump in the same boat?! What USA will do?! What about Slovenia?! Such a move will get Argentina and Romania close of Greece, Croatia and Turkey's position (all those in open or frozen conflict with FYROM, Serbia and Bulgaria)?!

I'm skeptical about creating new alliances now but I have to admit that such changes will further animate the game. And who knows... Maybe we'll see EDEN and ONE reborn. 🙂

Adding Croatia, Poland and USA on the board and moving Chile to the "a)" group of countries, could this be a prophecy?!

Let's not give up hope that this deal will bring some changes in the game! 🙂

LE: An interesting article about FYROM's decisions in diplomacy and war (written by PrickettFaco and published in eChile):

LE2: And the first reaction from Serbian MU 83 OSVETA:

http://www.erepublik.com/sr/main/law/Serbia/166412 - It will pass?! NO!

LE3: So, it's true. It is about MPPs. We have it all "explained" in Serbian MoFA's article:

Let the fun begin!
