Recientemente algunos países de América del Sur se sorprendieron con el Pacto de Protección Mutua (MPP) entre Perú y Bulgaria. Recordemos que Bulgaria es, o lo fue al menos hasta hace poco tiempo, un firme aliado de Chile, enemigo ehistórico de Perú. Pero la sorpresa fue mayor en estos días y se extendió al resto del eMundo cuando Bulgaria y Eslovenia también firmaron MPP. MPP between Bulgaria and Slovenia: Brief explanation of their cancellation


Recently some countries in South America were surprised with the Mutual Protection Pact (MPP) between Peru and Bulgaria. Recall that Bulgaria is, or was at least until recently, a firm ally of Chile, the ehistoric enemy of Peru.
